My appointment began on time and I was greeted warmly. Then Hope recorded my health history. Hope was amazing…perfect combination of professional and personable. Hope was outstanding at explaining every procedure done during the appointment. Dr Conditt was also amazing! He reviewed tests and gave plenty of time for questions. He explained appliances in detail, giving pros and cons. He was patient and considerate. He’s the perfect model for other doctors and I feel that I am in good hands.

What an amazing experience. Usually it starts at the front desk, but it actually started when they first reached out to setup my appointment. Dr. Conduitt’s team is polite, professional, fast and very accommodating. I literally drove 55 miles from McKinney to the office in Ft. Worth, and I’ll do it again. They took the time to explain precisely what sleep apnea is, what snoring is and explained my sleep study results IN DETAIL! I appreciate the education. They explained every step along the way, and entertained any questions I raised. Great job!!

There was plenty of parking and the facility was fairly new and quite clean. The ladies at the front desk were friendly. Waiting time was only five minutes. Brandi was very congenial, informative, and helpful when I had questions. Dr. Condit was cordial, informative, and planted firmly on Earth. I was overall very satisfied with the preparation and fitting process. I am looking forward to receiving my new device. Thank you!

Great staff and nice facility; very professional and knowledgeable. They value your time and are very efficient in providing you with the services necessary to ensure a properly fitted device to help negate sleep apnea. They will also provide follow up consults to ensure that your sleep is improving after receiving your device. Highly Recommend!
