Saw Dr. Matt Lettre and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. We have a child with special needs and were quite anxious about our first dentist appt. I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the patience, compassion, and skills displayed by everyone at the office. The dr & staff knew how to make my kiddo comfortable and spoke to her on her level, without being patronizing. It was incredible. I feel like finding this dentistry clinic was a godsend. I'll recommend them to anyone who'll listen, but especially to parents of kids on the spectrum or with any other special needs. 5 stars isn't even close to enough for these folks.

If I could give this office 10 stars, I absolutely would! My daughter suffered a bike accident that caused a traumatic injury to her upper permanent teeth. We were incredibly worried after initially being told what the possible outcome of her injury could be. We drove over 45 minutes from Krum, TX, because this office was highly recommended to us, and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, compassionate, and welcoming. Dr. Lettre took the time to thoroughly examine my daughter, explain everything clearly, and most importantly, reassure us that there was still a very good possibility of a positive outcome. His calm demeanor, expertise, and genuine care gave our family hope during a very stressful time. The drive was absolutely worth it, and I would recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care. Thank you to Dr. Lettre and the entire team for treating my daughter with such kindness and compassion. We are truly grateful for the care you provided.

I am disappointed with my billing experience at Fort Worth Children's Dentistry. I recently received a bill seeking $98.00 out of pocket for services performed on my daughter in June 2024. After reviewing the itemized statement, I discovered that the only charge not fully covered by our two dental insurance plans was a $98.00 fee for “Oral Hygiene Instructions.” I found this charge extremely surprising and frustrating. My daughter does not recall receiving any oral hygiene instruction, and I was never informed that such a service would result in a separate charge of this amount. Had I been made aware of this fee in advance, I would have questioned it and expected a clear explanation of what was being provided and why it carried such a significant cost. What concerns me most is the lack of transparency. I do not believe patients or parents should be surprised months later by charges for services that were not clearly explained, especially when those services appear routine or educational in nature. It is particularly disappointing that even with two dental insurance plans, we are still being billed for a charge that seems excessive and was never discussed with us beforehand. As

The front office staff, hygienist Jennifer and Dr. Albasha were wonderful. My grandson is on the spectrum and we were concerned about how the staff would engage with him. They exceeded our expectations to the fullest. The patience, compassionate and attentiveness to him during the visit was spectacular.They did not require him to work with them , but instead they worked with him. Dr.Albasha, communications regarding his treatment plan and after care was detailed and clear. His passion snd sincerity for providing care for kids was heart felt. It means the world when you find providers that want to advocate for the little ones as much as you. This was indeed a great place to visit ‼️

This dentist office is great with the kids. The staff is absolutely nice and kind from the moment you arrive until you complete the check-out process. My daughter is not an easy kiddo to dentist and I have to say that she loves visiting her dentist and getting the gift bag with the stuff that she chooses. Definitely I recommend this place.
