I moved over 100 miles away and still go all the to this office. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dentist who listens. Will continue to go until I move from California.

⸻ I wish I had a good review to share. I went to this dentist last year for a crown, and to this day I still haven’t received any follow-up regarding the installation. I’ve been left with a hole in my tooth, still waiting for my crown. Every time I call, the front desk staff tells me they’ll get back to me, but I never hear from them.

Dr. Kim was very professional, he took the time to explain to me about my options. But his front desk staff is not very helpful. I supposed to get an estimate about my procedure, they had to get with my insurance first. So I waited about 3 weeks, when finally Veronica called me, but I couldn’t answer because I was at work, so I called back, when I explained why I was calling, they said that she was busy, but the reason of the call was to let me know that my insurance did not cover the implants, then I said “so that’s it?” They said yes that’s it. I was expecting more information and if I had other options but no, they did not give me any options. Also I had to pay extra if I wanted fluoride after my cleaning because my insurance didn’t cover that either, but I never got the fluoride, the lady that did the cleaning said that Dr. Kim had to see my teeth first and after that I would get the fluoride, but I never got it. Maybe because they were in a rush because they were closing. But I’m not very happy with these ladies at the front desk.

I’ve been to Fontana Dental Care for years and they’ve ALWAYS been friendly and of course kept my teeth looking great!!! I’ve had procedures done such as my crown and it was painless and wonderfully done. Definitely would recommend this place. I have friends and family that go here as well. Very appreciative to them and their work!! :)))

I called the office and left a message over the weekend, Suzy the receptionist called me promptly Monday morning. I was quite impressed, they squeezed me in and took care of my pain PROMPTLY!! Dr. Kim and Suzy, are both really nice and go out of their way to help. I was very pleased and rejoice when something gets fixed rapidly.
