Dr. Ngo and staff are amazing!! I had a crown done here and I am very satisfied with this dental office. They even called me the next day to see how I was feeling… ♥️this…. They have a patient for life.. I highly recommend Focus Dental.

Dr. Ngo is the best Dentist. My family and I which is my husband and 3 kids are extremely pleased with the care we have received at Focus Dental Dentist. The staff is consistently professional, courteous, and welcoming. The dentist demonstrates exceptional expertise and takes the time to clearly explain procedures and treatment options. The office maintains super clean and well-organized environment, which further enhances the overall experience. We sincerely appreciate the high level of care provided and would confidently recommend this practice to others. They are located in Garland very close to Richardson. The front desk receptionist was extremely professional and courteous when I called and let her know I was late due to heavy storm. Dr Phuong was thorough and efficient on my dental cleaning visits.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Phuong Ngo for over ten years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she provides. She consistently brings a positive, welcoming attitude to every visit and takes the time to truly listen to our concerns. We especially appreciate how thoroughly she explains her findings—at the end of each appointment, she carefully reviews her diagnosis and clearly connects it to the health of our teeth and gums. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care make every experience a reassuring one. We highly recommend Dr. Ngo!

Edit: my son's dentist wanted to charge us over $3k for my son's treatment. Dr. Ngo cut that figure by so much my brain doesn't know how to calculate it. My son, my four-year-old, had several cavities filled and treated WITHOUT numbing agents (a decision Dr. Ngo tries initially to avoid the lasting effects that make eating/drinking difficult and probably traumatic for a young child). Hours later, after the appointment, my son said "I like going to the dentist." Needless to say, we're going to travel 40 minutes for our son's care from now on. We went here for a decade. Five of those years, we had to travel 40 minutes, but it was worth it. Everyone we interacted with here was so kind and adaptive. I had so much anxiety with dentists. I had a full panic attack in the chair here and, even ten years later, I remember how gentle and caring they were to help through it. She is truly such a lovely person and a very caring dentist. With our son now in school, it's no longer feasible to travel back here. I am so sad that we have to say goodbye. It may seem superfluous to say all of this for a doctor you see, hopefully, twice a year, but she is so worth the hype.
