The dental staff themselves are polite and do good work, the office staff lie and say if your dentist isn’t in they can’t do anything no matter your condition, until you complain enough and then they let you talk to another dentist and, in my case, get a referral to a specialist instead of waiting two more days after you’ve already had severe tooth pain for 4 days because of a tooth infection. Note that I had been denied service on the second day of pain, and asked for them to treat me multiple times until they finally caved on the 4th day. In short, good dental staff, poor office staff.

They are awful. each time I should Waite more than one hour. They cancel my time several times. They Dr are not professional. Each time that I call them I should repeat my name and my information several times. They are not trained how to treat with customer. Customer service is 0. and manger, she hung up on me because I paid for a service that the doctor said I would do in future appointments. After several cancellations from the familia dental, I asked them to return my money. I will never go there again, but the manager hung up on me. Their score is 0 not 1.

Everyone here is hospitable and welcoming, especially Dr. Nguyen; He was very efficient with my dental cleaning, removing the debris surrounding my enamel without overstepping anything healthy. Gave me a straightforward and thorough analysis of my dental health. I didn’t catch the person who helped assist with the dental cleaning but they were very kind and professional as well. 100% recommend trying this place out.

They’ve been amazing during the time my daughter has had her braces. Never a long wait, always in and out. Everyone we have encountered has been friendly and very flexible with scheduling. I would definitely recommend.

As someone who battles major panic disorder -notoriously know for self sabotage -TODAY I did not psych myself out & I AM SOOO VERY GLAD THAT I WENT to Familia Dental on 19th ST in Lubbock 😊the front desk staff appeared to be happy to work there -big thumbs up- very kind when speaking to me the dental assistant had me pinned & when she spoke up about how she recognized my condition it was not offensive or belittling of me -much gratitude for her being personable +she had me laughing from the minute I was called back-AND The Lady Madam Dentist ✅ I wanted to hug her- she took the time to talk to me about everything -telling me real expantancy towards each step ahead which I not only appreciate tremendously but I am so excited now & have a calm READY anxiousness for the next steps towards being happy with my smile once again - I am truly looking forward to going back to this location!!! AWESOME JOB WELL DONE TO Y’ALL💚KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK
