Been calling and calling trying to get an appointment since my dentist referred me to this place 3 weeks ago and im not too sure i want to go to this place since every time I call no one actually answers the phone, they pick it up press hold and then nothing until it sends me to voice mail after 10 minutes, super unprofessional in my opinion since it takes 5 seconds to say "hold please" or something. I will be talking to my dentist about going to a different place.

The two latino women jump out of their seats and get aggressive if you ask them questions at the front desk. I was by myself and I was confused... They said “reschedule or leave, no questions”. Unavailable, unhelpful to new patients, and unwilling to work with people with CalFresh Medi-Cal insurance. They cancelled multiple appointments and then told me they were unwilling to work with me. I had never been to the office before. My dentist told me she will never refer patients to this office again. Typical “Oakland” experience.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removal here. The staff is well educated, organized and confident from the consultation to end of procedure. My daughter is neurodivergent with a bit of quirkiness, the staff never made us feel uncomfortable. They answered her questions straightforward and respectfully. Overall a great team and experience.
