My entire bottom right jaw was in pain for 2 days before contacting Dr. Dinh’s Dental Office. Throbbing and sharp pain because of a cracked tooth. Other Dental offices wanted me to wait. Dr. Dinh’s office was kind and companionate to my immediate needs. She saw me right away! Fast! I was surprised because I live in Dallas. I quickly drove to her office in Grand Prairie. Her office is clean and comportable. She didn’t waste any time numbing my tooth and stopping the root of the pain immediately. Ahhhhhh, it felt so nice to NOT feel that throbbing pain anymore. Her treatment was quick and painless. Katy in the front office helped me understand the post treatment protocol, and I was done. I even text them on the way home thanking them again. The best experience! I will continue driving to Dr. Dinh in Grand Prairie for all my Dental needs. Thank you Dr. Dinh and Epic West Dental

I live in Dallas near North Park Mall. I had the worst tooth ache. Throbbing and sharp pains across my entire jaw line. Other Dental offices wanted me to wait until a later date. Dr. Dinh is the absolute best! She was very caring and prompt! She went above and beyond to see me and remove my pain. I was surprised because I’m from the Dallas area. A quick drive and 20 minutes later I was pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Dinh and her staff. Katy was also very professional getting me in their system quickly, and then walked me through post care treatment. Thank you Dr. Dinh and Katy. I’m back to my old self now. I wish I could give more stars!

Today I had the best dental experience I've had in years! As a new patient, the entire visit was incredibly timely and efficient. The cleaning felt amazing. Dr. Dinh was outstanding—very professional and had an awesome attitude. The entire staff was positive, welcoming, and the customer service was just great. Overall, it was a comfortable and amazing experience.

Absolutely loved my experience! The dentist was so kind, humble, and honest. She was involved throughout my entire visit and never tried to push unnecessary treatment, which I really appreciated. The front desk lady was incredibly sweet too, she even gave me one of her Red Bulls because I was so tired! Such a thoughtful gesture. Amazing staff, amazing experience. I highly recommend this office!

The person starting with front desk is just phenomenal. Service with the smile! quality by far the best - very appreciative. it’s like you have to experience it for yourself but definitely make sure you have insurance because it could get pricey
