I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. O’Callaghan and his entire team. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely comfortable. Dr. O’Callaghan is not only extremely knowledgeable and skilled, but he genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and make sure you understand your options. His attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way truly set him apart. What impressed me most was the combination of professionalism, compassion, and exceptional quality of care. You can tell that he takes great pride in his work and truly wants his patients to be happy with their results. The staff is also wonderful—friendly, accommodating, and always helpful. The entire experience has been exceptional. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. O’Callaghan DDS to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust. Five stars absolutely do not feel like enough! I am so grateful to the specialist for the outstanding care and professionalism I received. My root canal treatment turned out to be an exceptionally difficult, and the doctor handled the situation with great skill. Throughout the entire process, the doctor and his assistant was calm, compassionate, and meticulous, explaining everything clearly and making me feel safe and confident. If you need an endodontist, especially for a challenging case, I highly recommend this clinic.

I went in for a consultation about apical inflammation after a root canal. I was quoted $379.60 for the visit, including X-ray and CT, and the front desk told me they had verified this with my insurance. Three months later, I received a second bill saying I owed more. When I asked the billing department how they arrived at the original $379.60, they wouldn't give me a breakdown. They simply told me to take it up with my insurance, and warned that the bill would go to collections if I didn't pay. The billing supervisor never returned my call and never picked up when my insurance tried to reach her. She never directly answered how the $379.60 first-visit charge was calculated. She seemed annoyed and just repeated the number off their table. I pointed out that $260 was for the CT, which left $119.60 for the consultation and X-ray combined. The front desk told me that figure came from a "deduction." The billing department told me insurance covered 80% — but 80% of what contracted price? No one could say. I later found out from my insurance that they only paid $44 toward the X-ray. So the basic question still stands and was never answered: what is the actual contracted consultation fe

I was referred for a root canal procedure. The office staff quickly communicated with my dentist, obtained the necessary information, and gave me an appointment within just a few days. They gave me the amount of my co-pay upfront, before my appointment. Dr. Hirose was a very skilled, knowledgeable, and thorough endodontist. He was extremely gentle and meticulous. I am very grateful to have been referred to this practice. And I will recommend Dr. Hirose enthusiastically.

The receptionist Mehek is very polite, courteous and helpful. She will remind you by text and call couple of times before your scheduled appointment. Dr. Oz is excellent. He explain in details what needs to be done and what to expect while doing the procedure. And at the end he will inform you of the final result. He is very thorough, precise and very good of what he does. It’s a Wonderful office. The staff are very nice too. Excellent customer service. I will recommend this dental office to all my friends and relatives. Two thumbs up!
