THANKS just isn’t enough for this Office of professionals. I was an emergency work in for a root canal at the end of the day. The front office staff was so kind and friendly. That set the tone to make me relaxed and feel like this was a caring atmosphere. The dental assistant was unhurried and efficient. I felt like I would be in great hands. The dentist explained everything and took his time with my comfort. I so appreciate the care and time this staff provided me when I was in need. 5 stars is certainly too low.

Such a great experience. Went in for a root canal on an old tooth that had an existing root canal. My anxietywas high. Admin Staff was so patient. Doctor has great tableside manner. Juanita was so nice and patient with me. I would highly recommend. 6 hrs post procedure, I feel good. No jaw pain or soreness

I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. When I first arrived in severe pain, the front desk process felt disorganized. After already completing the paperwork online, I was still asked to fill out additional forms and ended up waiting for a long time without clear communication. During this time, I felt the way patients were spoken to was inconsistent, which made me uncomfortable. When I finally saw the dentist, he was polite and professional, but the explanation felt very scripted and not clearly explained in a patient-centered way. I was not clearly told that extraction might be the best option for my situation. Instead, I was given two options: a less certain treatment that might require returning again, or a much more expensive full treatment plan involving reopening the tooth and placing a crown. A strong pain medication was also prescribed to me called Tramadol. This medication is typically used for severe pain, often related to bone pain rather than dental issues. I did not take it, but I was concerned that it was mainly for temporary pain relief rather than treating the actual problem, and that it could potentially cause dependency given its streng

Love this place. I had the best experience getting a root canal. I never thought I would say that 😉 Chrystine was very nice and helpful. Dr. Pumilia was great. He explained everything about the procedure and asked if I had questions. He was so gentle and it was over before I knew it. I will definitely always go here for any dental needs in the future.

I recently went into a family dentist for a root canal, and they numbed me four times and it did nothing, I was able to feel every bit of pain, they had to send me to an endodontic. Luckily, I went and I had one of the best experiences. The gentleman , who was working on my tooth only had to numb me once or twice and was able to do the entire procedure completely pain-free. I had so much anxiety after my last experience and this office helped and cared.
