I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Alex Fleury. He heard my concerns patiently, let me go through a list of questions I had prepared, and thoroughly educated me about my dental situation. I did not feel rushed at all during the appointment, and he even let me know I could check back with his office if I had any further questions. His staff, especially Shiela, was also very accommodating and polite while dealing with my anxious requests. Prior to this, I saw another endodontist who rushed through the appointment and advised a root canal right away without a proper diagnosis of the root cause of the pain. I am grateful for Dr. Fleury's diligent care and honest diagnosis. It is truly rare for a doctor to spend that kind of time with a patient these days!

To start with the bad, there was a miscommunication about what location I wanted the surgery done at. Doctors Medical assistant Brooke kept pushing us to get xrays done before my husband and I were done discussing the issue. Before surgery she was very dismissive and carelessly getting me prepared. She always kept leaving the room before ,during ,and after surgery. So much I had to yell out once I seen another person passing by to help. Doctor told me they had to wait for a few mins to allow it to stop bleeding, but the medical assistant should be staying in the room since I was still in the middle of surgery. At the end ,she threw a tool away when the doctor said he still needed it but said its fine he will work on it without. I confronted her after and explained I would not trust her as a medical assistant all she said was okay and the reason she left is that she had other things to do. I seen Dr Yogesh Patel for a surgery at the end of my root after I had my root canal done since there was still an infection. He was great very knowledgeable, and kind. End of story if you get Brooke as the assistant maybe ask for another one as she is not there to help.

Today I had a root canal done and boy i am so glad that I went to Endodontic associates of Frisco. Their service was great, with atmost professionalism and pleasant smiles. From the doctor to the dental assistant and the front desk personnel they were all so caring and considerate. The doctor was funny ,jolly and did an amazing job. The assistant was so patient with me and made me fell comfortable. The front desk helped me with my online billing with patience. I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in root canal and beyond. Thank you team for your exceptional service.

I was recommended by my dentist to Dr Fleury for a root canal. I’ve never had one before. I’ll start with the staff in the front office. They are very friendly and efficient. The office is beautiful. My dental assistant was excellent in getting me prepared for Dr. Fleury. I was so impressed with Dr. Fleury his personality and gentleness put me at ease. I’m a scaredy-cat when it comes to dentists. The procedure went smoothly. I had an abscess and was on anabiotic waiting to get in. I called another Endodontist that could get me in sooner and decided to go there. They called the day before and canceled.. Another in the same area did take my dental plan. However the Price was more than double what I paid. I highly recommend this Endodontist.

I loved everything about this office. From the time I scheduled the appointment, the receptionists were very courteous and professional. Dr Fleury did an excellent job with my root canal, no pain the shots didn't hurt, his assistant Mabel was very good She explained every step along the way, I was very comfortable. Smoothest root canal I have ever had. I definitely recommend this office

Office staff was welcoming, friendly and efficient. I was taken back to the treatment room precisely at the time of my appointment-no waiting. Dr. Fleury and both of his assistants were friendly, thorough and ensured I was comfortable. Dr. Fleury carefully examined the x-rays and the tooth and surrounding gum area before recommending a treatment plan.

I was really impressed with the reception and office manager . They were exceptionally nice to me. I told them that my experience at other dentist was never that friendly. The doctor and his helper were also very nice and attentive. The whole staff made me feel at home and cared for. I will use them for any orthodontist needs. Thank you all!!!

I recently gotten my “first” root canal treated with Dr. Fleury a couple weeks ago. I am a dental assistant myself with over 20 years experience and I had went somewhere else and ended up canceling due to their lack of urgency and rescheduling me multiple times. Every time I went in for a consultation it just felt dark and awkward and I didn’t felt comfortable having treatment completed there. Then I found Dr. Fleury and his team after non stop researching because I knew I needed a Specialist not with just the skills but having a warm and welcoming chair- side manner was my biggest concern. Front desk scheduled me with prompt convenience, insurance was verified and my out of pocket was confirmed quickly, this alone was convincing enough to get scheduled. They were very flexible with my appointment request and were very patient with me. Dr. Fleury took the time to go over my treatment and gave me his best and professional opinion how to move forward. He completed my root canal in 45 minutes I was in and out within an hour. I honestly can say if I ever need another root canal I will only go to Dr. Fleury. My expectations as a dental assistant is very high when it comes to finding a
