This is Maisie, I had my appointment for my root canal recently. The whole experience went very smoothly, I was treated with so much kindness and care with the staff! Anna is a champ at answering the phone and helping check in patients!! She was there every step for setting up this appointment, so many thanks to her. Kerri was the most wonderful lady Ive had the pleasure of meeting in a long time! She made me laugh and feel very comfortable when getting my shots! (usually not so fun) Dr. Panahi was so helpful and considerate throughout the whole procedure. I felt confident with my medication and aftercare information I was given! Id definitely return for services again should i need another! Thank you all so much!!! 💚

I was a little worried about getting a root canal. But when you walk in the front desk was so welcoming and the atmosphere is so refreshing. The dentist was very nice and understanding of my needs. Overall my experience was great very little pain and excellent bedside manner from everyone.

I recently had a dental exam here, and cannot recommend them enough. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was welcoming and efficient. My appointment was scheduled at a different location but Anna got me in to see the Doctor. The dental hygienist and Doctor were incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain everything they were looking at during the exam and x-rays. If you are looking for a dental team you can completely trust, this is the place. Anna, you rock!

I was referred here by my regular dentist. The first contact I had with them was pleasant. They called to schedule my appointment, and quote me a price. The day of the procedure was less than pleasant. The nurse with the red hair was rude and condescending the entire time. Before we began my procedure she came to me, and let me know they had made a mistake and charge me wrong. I asked her if it’s your mistake why should I pay additional fees? I’ve already paid $1500. She let me knew she wouldn’t be charging me but they normally do if it’s their mistake or not. Which is a very weird policy. I never told you what procedure I needed, my dentist sent the information and YOU made a mistake, and now I’m getting emails for a past due balance of $238 because of their mistake. I will be fighting this charge. It’s what’s right. I didn’t make the mistake. They did. If a pizza place made the wrong pizza the customer wouldn’t be charged for a new pizza. Come on, do better! I truly feel she went back in and charged me because I was giving her the attitude she gave me right back!!!!!

We called to set an appt after being referred by our dentist. We got in pretty quick. Christy was amazing! She was professional and courteous when she answered the phone. She answered all of our questions and even gave us an idea of what out of pocket would cost upfront. When we arrived for our appt Christy greeted us with a huge smile, the office was clean and the atmosphere was very pleasant. My husband raved about Dr Panahi. He said she is a phenomenal doctor, very precise, attentive and detailed. He walked in nervous but left smiling tooth saved🙌🏾 Thank you for such great patient care. We would highly recommend this office.
