Made an appointment for Sunday morning to repair a crown that fell out. Leaving town the next day so urgently needed it repaired. They x-rayed it then determined it could be re-cemented so all done in 30 minutes on a Sunday morning! Great dentist, nice practice and reasonable fees. In the future if I need emergency dental care, I will definitely schedule here!

Had a 12p appointment then I got a call that doctor lives far so it would have to be at 1p. Ok that’s fine, I guess. Mind you I’m in extreme pain. Anyway, I get there & two older women at front desk could not find my insurance information nor could they give me any information to finance. I immediately got bad vibes and decided I didn’t want any oral work done there, so I politely told them “this isn’t working, just cancel my appointment” and as I walking out, the woman in the photo said “good, we would love for you to go somewhere else and good luck hope the next place finds your insurance”! I was appalled so I walked back in and asked to repeat her self. So rude! Then a young man came from behind the wall and talked ugly to me too! I have never been to a clinic or dentist office with such customer service. Super unprofessional. Save your time and choose elsewhere.

I went to get my tooth 17 5/5/26 Appointment was 11:30 The lady was ruff putting the X-ray thing in my mouth And the doctor was drilling my tooth it started to burn I jumped up twice. the thing that looks like a hook in stab me in my gums with it three times I feel every pain The lady wasn't getting the out the stuff in my mouth fast enough I had teeth fragments all my tongue i just didn't like the service. On top of that I paid 537.00 for this wisdom tooth extraction which was ridiculously way to high in price.

After getting the run around from Brown Stone Dental for 2 months claiming they needed a clearance from my rheumatologist I found emergency dental clinic through a frustrated Google search. Dr Gonzales and his staff are absolutely amazing he was so gentle and has a great bed side manner he had my tooth out before I realized it was gone. they even checked on me the day after I highly recommend them for any dental issues you might have.
