Dr. Ho and the entire staff made this such a positive experience. Everyone was courteous and professional, and Dr. Ho’s calm, reassuring manner helped me feel relaxed throughout the procedure. What really stood out was how they remembered the little personal details — it’s those small touches that make you feel genuinely welcome, not just like another patient.

This review is for the practice under its new ownership, following the retirement of Dr. Jay, our much-admired dentist of many years. I’ve recently had some restorative dental work with the new dentist, Dr. O’Mara, and have been happy with her care. I’m pleased with both the appearance and function of my teeth. I also want to recognize my dental hygienist, Esther, who provided exceptionally thorough and gentle care during my recent specialized periodontal treatments. It was my first time having these procedures, and I was a little anxious. She was professional, attentive, and reassuring, and I felt very comfortable in her care. I especially appreciated how Esther explained each step before proceeding, so I always knew what to expect. During both appointments, I did not experience any pain. I’ve also appreciated the experience and professionalism of both Jenn, the office manager, and Leslie, the registered dental assistant. I’m very grateful to have such a caring and skilled dental team.

I had such a great experience at Emerald Isle, highly recommend to anyone looking for dental care! The entire team was welcoming. The office is in a great location with plenty of parking. The technology they use is amazing - Dr. O’Mara is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain x-rays and 3D scans for a dental implant, and showed what my teeth would look like after Invisalign. 😁🦷 I’ve seen many dentists, and she is truly impressive.

Today, I had my first cleaning experience at Emerald Isle Dental Studio. I had such an enjoyable and relaxing cleaning experience. Taylor, the dental hygienist, was very accommodating, respectful, professional, and ensured I knew everything she was doing throughout the cleaning process. In addition, she gave me multiple opportunities to share any dental concerns I may have and made it easy for me to ask any questions, as well. Throughout the whole cleaning procedure, she made the time go by quickly with joyful conversations about our travel experiences. The entire staff, from the receptionists, dental assistants and dentists, truly treats the patients like family. I even switched dental offices after my experience with Emerald Isle Dental Studio and I do not regret that decision, at all! I now look forward to my future dental visits and my teeth look amazing!.

I had a really great experience at Emerald Isle Dental Studio. I came in for a filling and the entire process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Dr. O’Mara was incredibly professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly before getting started, which really helped put me at ease. During the procedure, they made sure I was comfortable and checked in often to make sure I wasn’t feeling any pain. The filling itself was done efficiently and with great care. I could tell they really paid attention to detail. The staff was also friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of care I received and would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist.
