​My family goes to the Elite Orthodontics on US 380 in the Frisco/Prosper area, and I honestly can't recommend them enough. Three of us are getting treatment there—I actually just finished my clear aligners and moved on to retainers, while my son (also aligners) and my daughter (regular braces) are still in the middle of theirs. Even though the kids aren't totally done yet, we are super happy with the progress so far. ​Dr. Kevin and Julia are just fantastic. They pay such close attention to detail and always take the time to answer any questions or concerns we have. The rest of the staff is incredibly helpful too, and having multiple office locations makes scheduling so much easier for a busy family. ​What I really appreciated was how accommodating they are. I had to coordinate the very end of my ortho treatment around getting some new dental crowns, and they were incredibly understanding. They worked with me to make sure my final retainers were sorted out perfectly so I didn't have to stress about it at all. Everything has been right on schedule with zero hiccups. If you're looking for a great ortho spot for yourself or your kids, definitely check them out!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Elate Orthodontics! From the very beginning, everyone has been so kind, welcoming, and professional. They have taken great care of my daughter throughout her Phase 1 treatment, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. ❤️ The entire team is always friendly, patient, and willing to answer any questions. We truly appreciate the care and attention they’ve given my daughter and our family. We had a great experience here at Elate Orthodontics. Dr. Julia Kang is very knowledgeable and was very nice and informative about the orthodontic treatment my son needed. Everyone was very welcoming, especially Matthew, who helped us in making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He handled everything - from scheduling appointments to coordinating with our insurance and explaining the financial options - making the whole experience seamless. Dr. Julia and the entire team were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to answer all our questions and concerns, and made sure our son felt comfortable. We truly appreciate the outstanding care and excellent customer service. We would highly recommend Elate Dentistry to anyone looking for quality orthodontic treatment and a team that genuinely cares about their patients.

I wanted to straighten my teeth for my 40th birthday but didn’t want to go the traditional braces route. The team recommended clear aligners, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. My dental insurance covered most of the cost, and the billing team did an excellent job explaining everything clearly so I felt completely comfortable. They were thorough and patient with my treatment, making sure I stayed in aligners as long as needed to get the best result—and now my teeth are perfectly straight. My daughter is also a patient here for her Phase 1 braces, and we’ve had a great experience with her care as well. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. I highly recommend this office.
