If I can leave zero I would this is the worst place I've ever been to. I think it had something to do with the color of my skin but that's only me since I was the only one of my color in the place. I was referred by my insurance PPO not Access. The Dr was so rude even before I opened my mouth. Go to Gentle Dental avoid the racism

Dr. Lopez is an amazing dentist. She is professional, caring, and thorough. Her assistant Melissa is fantastic as well and makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend this team!

I had a great experience at El Rio SW with Dr. Lopez and the entire team. Everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Lopez took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and truly cared about my concerns. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the visit didn’t feel rushed. I’m very grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this clinic

Great experience at this El Rio location. Aneth was so kind and fun to chat with at my recent teeth cleaning appointment. I'm usually anxious at healthcare appointments but she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She's gentle and my teeth are nice and clean now. The reception people were friendly too. The whole staff at El Rio Southwest Dental provided the perfect blend of kind and professional care. I've been so lucky to be cared for by the El Rio team, they really do an amazing job! :)
