After taking my son to a dentist in Salinas, and having a bad experience prior to the major procedure (scheduled 6 months out) I started looking for other options. I called my insurance provider and they were in network with east bay. They are really kind and did amazing work without traumatizing my child. They also had availability much sooner than the other place.

My experience at East bay Dental surgery was amazing.We were referred here for my three-year-old daughter for a procedure and had to undergo anesthesia as a mother, You could imagine my anxiety. I was comforted and guided throughout the entire process. My child was comfortable the entire time. I was even able to remain with her until she fell asleep for the procedure. Also before they proceeded with anything , Kelly who is the front desk Receptionist educated my family and I by showing me the x-rays that were taken in the process to ensure me the things that were going to take place and other recommendations they had for the greater benefit of my daughter. The overall experience took a total of an hour it was a quick turn around that I greatly appreciated! The doctors as well as Kelly were amazing ! I can assure you your babies are safe here 🫶🏽

I had such a great experience with East Bay Dental! My son went in for a consultation and everything was fast, friendly, and very smooth from start to finish. We were originally scheduled for surgery two weeks out, but to my surprise, they called the very same week and were able to move his surgery up even sooner! I am truly grateful and thankful for the care, efficiency, and professionalism of this dental office. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a team that really takes care of their patients! 💙

I’m really happy with my visit here! The team was very kind and easy to talk to, which made the appointment feel way less stressful. The office had a great atmosphere and felt very welcoming. I’d definitely come back and recommend them to friends and family.

They had great customer service and worked with our schedule so conveniently. It definitely made this process easier. They did a very good job on the dental work and keeping us updated during the procedure.
