My 10-year-old son had a very sad experience at this clinic. The receptionist, Sandra, spoke to him in a way that made him feel intimidated, telling him that he could not touch the magazines and that if he talked or got up from his seat, she would remove him from the clinic. My son left in tears. Children deserve to be treated with respect and kindness. I hope the clinic takes this matter seriously and improves the way patients and their families are treated.🥺😩💔

I have been bringing my kids here for 2 years now and couldn’t be more impressed every time I see how the dentist works with my children. They used to be anxious about going to the dentist but now they are actually happy to go to the dentist! Its hard to believe. Every time I go there I rarely wait to be seen and I can tell they really want to focus on one patient at a time instead of rushing to see as many kids as possible. They seem really care about your time and make sure your child is treated properly. Definitely quality over quantity at this place. The dentist always explains to me afterwards so that I know what’s going on with my children’s teeth. Also the office is so clean and kids friendly I don’t even see any dirt on the floor. Anyway, I am very happy to bring my children here.

My daughter has been in this clinic for years and they have a very nice service. From the moment you arrive, you feel a very pleasant atmosphere. The receptionist is very kind and friendly. Personally, I highly recommend this clinic. The only bad thing is that they do not serve adults because it would be a I'm a patient of them too..

I felt discriminated because Sandra the receptionist told me that the Dr Lee only accepts younger kids, my daughter is 14 years old and the youngest 10 yrs, she said only the youngest is fine, but the 14 one needs to go with a dentist for adults, because Dr Lee doesn’t accept grown up kids. She said his business his rules and she mentioned me a lot people tried to report him to the medical . I think she was so mean, I didn’t need too much information to denied the service. I think next time she should only say Not Accepting new patients that’s it. Kids under 18 are not adults yet everywhere

I’ve been taking my kids to Dulce Dental for a couple of years now and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Dr.Lee is amazing he is very informative and caring. His office gives you a welcoming vibe and the front receptionist Sandra always keeps you up to date with your kids routine check ups and friendly reminders. I would 100% recommend this dentist to friends and family even strangers!!
