Dr. Zand ruined my life! one of the biggest regrets of my life was coming here. During my treatment, two of my main teeth were extracted my two lateral incisor!! and despite having braces with her twice, which she charged me a lot $$$$! the gaps never never properly closed. Years later, I am still dealing with the consequences and have had to spend thousands of dollars on additional dental work. I was never given a clear explanation of why the unnecessary extractions were done, the outcome has had a lasting impact on my confidence and quality of life. I would strongly encourage anyone to get far away from here!! before making permanent decisions about their teeth.

I had a very frustrating experience with Dr. Zand Orthodontist. From the very first day my braces were put on, I kept breaking brackets — literally every single week. I had to go back constantly just to get one new bracket replaced each time. It became exhausting and incredibly inconvenient. What made the experience worse was that Dr. Zand and some staff would always blame me, saying I must be eating foods I’m not supposed to. That was not the case at all. I followed the instructions carefully, so being repeatedly blamed instead of having the work evaluated properly was very upsetting. In my opinion, the technique and materials felt old school — especially the glue being used. After so many broken brackets week after week, it really made me question the quality of the work, broke 8 in 1 month. When I finally became fed up and expressed my concerns, they did not want to refund any of my money despite the ongoing issues and negative experience. The only reason I’m giving 1 star instead of 0 is because the staff were nice and friendly. Dr. Zand is knowlegeable, professional and so caring. She fitted braces on the whole family! I can' say enough about her practice. Staff is great and I love the receptionist.

Dr Zand is a nice person and professional. Take care of the patient very well. The staff are also friendly and always engage themselves to do the best. I love their professionalism and service. Really great service especially Dr Zand.

today i took my braces off, OMG!! i can't stop smiling :D i had a huge gap between my two front teeth, and i had overbite. but know it's PERFECT. Thanks to Dr. Zand for the good job. if you want to get fast results, follow things that Dr. Zand tells you, and you will get the perfect results you wished for, she does a great job, I just love her and the front desk girl is very professional and answers all the questions in the right manner, she was always helpful to me.
