I am so thankful to have Dr. Abai as my oral surgeon!! I had never needed any major dental work before—just a few fillings and a root canal—so I was pretty apprehensive about having a tooth extraction and dental implant. Dr. Abai put me completely at ease from the first meeting. He took the time to explain exactly what to expect, answered all of my questions (such a patient doctor!), and made the entire process feel much less intimidating. What stood out to me especially was how thoughtful he was throughout the actual procedure. He let me know in advance what I might hear or feel at each stage, so I always felt prepared and comfortable rather than anxious about unfamiliar sounds or sensations. The procedure itself involved very little discomfort and the recovery was easier than I expected! My new tooth looks really natural and I’m so happy with how it turned out. Tooth be told, Dr. Abai is the best!

I traveled all the way from North Carolina specifically to have Dr. Abai perform my tooth extraction and dental implant — and it was absolutely worth every mile. From the moment I sat in his chair, his bedside manner put me completely at ease. He is calm, attentive, and genuinely caring — exactly what you want when facing a procedure like this. Throughout the entire process, I felt no pain whatsoever. His technique is incredibly precise and gentle, which made what could have been a stressful experience surprisingly comfortable. Dr. Abai has earned my complete trust for any future dental work. If you are looking for a dentist who combines exceptional skill with a warm, patient-centered approach, look no further. He is simply excellent.

Dr. Abai is the best dentist I have ever seen. After some dental work with a general dentist went wrong, I was left in constant pain and felt completely hopeless. I visited several dentists, but no one was able to help or truly understand what I was going through- until I found Dr. Abai. He really takes the time to listen and never rushes you, and explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients, enjoys what he does, and is both highly skilled and honest. I also appreciate that his focus is on helping patients with their dental needs rather than trying to sell treatments. He truly values building long-term relationships. I am still in the recovery process, but being under his care has given me so much relief and peace of mind. If you are feeling lost or dealing with a difficult dental issue, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Abai. He is the best! Thank you so much Dr. Abai!

I'm a Chicago native and I have been seeing Dr. Abai for many years. Today Dr. Abai informed me that someone using my name has unfortunately left him a negative review. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Abai. He is caring and kind, and practices ethical dentistry. How do I know? He has spent a tremendous amount of time with me to undo the poor work that was previously done. If you're looking for a consummate professional who is detail oriented, look no further. I have put my confidence in Dr. Abai and I am not disappointed.

I went to Sia for many months of pain and suffering. I was having an implant secured denture fitted. . Sia repeatedly said I had a strong bite and that was causing my denture to break repeatedly in my mouth. He kept fixing it making it less stable and it would break again. This went on for months and more than one denture. Did he think fixing it only made it weaker. Up After all this struggle, I paid 2 highly experienced dentists to completely review my records. Both came up with the same cause for the breakage. It had nothing to do with my bite at all. It was a poorly fitted denture. Today, I have a well fitted denture that has lasted 18 months so far. No breaking. I’m shocked he blamed my bite and kept fixing a broken denture. Making it worse. One of the most costly and painful experiences I have ever had.

Dr. Abai has been very helpful in resolving many of my dental issues. From a professional aspect he’s been top notch.
