After my dad developed a tooth infection, we visited several dentists hoping to find a way to save his tooth. Unfortunately, every other office recommended extracting the tooth, and some even suggested removing additional teeth. This was the only endodontist who focused on trying to save my dad’s natural tooth before recommending extraction. Dr. and his staff were kind, compassionate, and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of our questions, and developed a clear treatment plan that made us feel comfortable moving forward. My dad only speaks Spanish, and the staff did an outstanding job explaining the procedure and treatment plan in Spanish, making sure he understood everything and felt at ease. That level of care and communication meant a great deal to our family. Even after the procedure, the doctor came back to personally check on my dad and made sure we didn’t have any remaining questions or concerns. We truly appreciated the conservative approach and the genuine care we received. Dr. Navid is an outstanding dental specialist and truly the right professional to see if you’re experiencing any issues with your teeth. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and gives practical, effective advice. His pricing is very reasonable, especially with insurance, and they even offer additional discounts. The staff is friendly, helpful, and makes you feel comfortable throughout your visit. Highly recommend Dr. Navid for anyone looking for quality dental care with great service and value!

Dr. Navid and staff are awesome!!! I had a root canal done yesterday and they did such a great job. They explained everything before, during and after the procedure. They were very patient and I was treated like family. I had zero pain during the procedure and zero pain following. Dr. Navid was even able to save a 12 year old crown on the tooth! The most uncomfortable part, believe it or not, was getting xrays done. If I ever need another root canal done I would not hesitate to come back to North Dallas Endodontics. My husband has had a root canal done by Dr. Yogesh Patel. Awesome job as well. Please do not let your regular dentist do a root canal!!! See North Dallas Endodontics. They are experts in their field. Dr. Navid Khalighinejad is so thorough, I highly recommend requesting him as your doctor! He explained the entire procedure to me prior to starting and as he was working on my teeth. He didn’t just enter the room get the work done and walk out as other drs have. He made the process so easy, he made sure I had zero pain prior and as he was doing the procedure. What amazed me is that he even took the time to call me the day after to check on me. I truly appreciated that and Im so thankful he has helped relieve my pain! I would also like to mention I did have an issue prior to my first visit with the front office however it was just a miscommunication. The office was quick to clarify and resolve the issue once I received a call back! Since the issue was resolved, I have had no other complaints with the office and I must say I am so pleased with them. They seem to be on top of it!
