High quality work, professionalism at its best, great customer service and a very clean and welcoming office/environment. The huge fish tank a huge plus if you feel a little nervous and what to bring yourself back peace. The ladies at the front office are always welcoming and charismatic, and the Dental Assistants are always there to make you feel at ease and always share a smile. Dr. Bienstock's passion and love for his career reflects in his craft. He definitely has a tact for what he does. Aside from being a professional, he great human being. I highly recommend him, and his team of professionals. It's nice to be treated like a human being and not like just another client.

Dr Bienstock was extremely kind, patient and professional. My initial plan had to be changed which caused me worry, but the changes were necessary. I'm glad Dr. Bienstock is very meticulous. I was worried about the money but realize that is a quality problem. Some people cannot afford a dental check, never mind dental implants. I am beyond blessed. His staff were great as well. I recently took my 81 yo mother with dementia for a consultation with Dr. Bienstock. His expertise and professional staff made me and my mom feel comfortable going through with the procedure of full lower dental implants. Surgery went great, everyone was competent, proficient and extremely helpful with my mom. Seeing her proudly smile again and laugh with confidence has been the greatest gift a son could ask for! Well worth it, I highly recommend Dr. Bienstock and his experienced staff.

I have been to four oral surgeons in my lifetime, and Dr. Bienstock is hands down the best, most professional, and most talented. The other oral surgeons I visited had older equipment and asked for higher prices than what Dr. Bienstock charged. My procedure went perfectly and was painless. He kept me up to date about each step he was taking. Unlike the other oral surgeons, he had high-tech state of the art computer technology and other brand new equipment, so I knew I was getting the best in latest professional care. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Bienstock and his dedicated staff have done excellent work performing two extractions and two implants for me over the past 6 years. The most recent extraction was in June of this year and the implant was put in place last week. He took the time to explain both procedures in detail and to answer my questions. His staff was professional and friendly -- scheduling and reception associates as well as the surgical assistants. During the extraction and implant procedures Dr. Bienstock and his surgical team were very attentive to make certain I remained comfortable. Dr. Bienstock is a highly skilled surgeon who cares about the doing the best possible work for his patients. Should I require another extraction and implants I would definitely want him to do the surgery. I recommend him and his team without reservation whatsoever.
