Great experience start to finish. The doctor and front office staff are fantastic. Everyone there is very knowledgeable at their job and never rushed. Dr. Henriod and his assistant we're very caring and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. They made my follow up care easy to understand. I was seen at every visit promptly. A week after my procedure I reached out when they were closed and left a message. As soon as they reopened, they got back to me and answered my question clearly. Every employees work ethic and attitude is greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Dr. Henriod is amazing! It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient with outstanding quality of dental care. From his excellent treatment, investigative mind and ability to connect, you know where you stand immediately and what the next steps look like. Dr. Henriod and his staff are always available to help you. I had a gum procedure and dental implants, and I have never had easier and better experience. When I had a dental emergency last year, at the beginning of the COVID pandemic when almost every dental office was closed, Dr. Henriod and his assistant Christina opened the office to help me. I will never forget their care and kindness. It is a great office, great staff, a wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. I highly recommend becoming Dr. Henriod's patient!

I was impressed by Carole‘s helpfulness and efficiency before I even got to my first appointment. I loved being able to upload my new patient forms before my appointment. The office is bright and welcoming. Cristina took me in —no wait!— and was pleasant and helpful. Dr. Henriod was extremely professional and personable, explaining his initial findings and proposed treatment options to me clearly and completely, and answering all of my questions in a simple direct manner. All this and free parking in Pasadena, too! I’ve already recommended Pasadena Periodontics.

Dr. Henriod is awesome! He is thorough, patient and explains the work he is doing, which is really appreciated. I also saw Dr.. Hendry for my consult and he was great as well. The whole office is organized and both times, they have taken me in pretty much on time, which is also much appreciated. Praying for a speedy healing now! Thank you, Pasadena Periodontics!

I've been going to Pasadena Periodontics for 4 or 5 years. Best dental experience I've ever had! Love these guys. Dr Henriod has fully resolved my fairly-serious gum issues and Allyson is the most effective hygienist I've received care from. Like them so much I go at least once a year even though my gums are now in great shape. Highly recommended!

Wonderful dental experience. The office is pristine and very nicely decorated, with calming decor and a variety of magazines. The staff are very personable and caring. The equipment is state of the art. Dr. Henriod is an exceptional dentist, he eases the concern and anxiety of being in a dental chair. He explains exactly what he is going to do and is very gentle, I did not experience any pain during the procedure. Dr. Henriod exudes such kindness and compassion, I will be recommending him to everyone I know.

Just had one of my regular visits at Henriod's, love this place, Catherine the hygienist that cleans my teeth is just so lovely, and the best at what she does. She is so knowledgeable and thorough. I really don't look forward to visiting a dentist anytime of any kind, but knowing that I will be seeing Catherine and/or Dr. Henriod really puts all my fears to rest. Both are so gentle but very thorough. I leave knowing my teeth and gums are well taken care of. Highly highly recommend this office.

Beautiful facility. Easy and plentiful parking right in front of office. Staff is just amazing and human. Super nice. From receptionist to dental assistants to billing person and Dr. Henriod - all just great, knowledgeable, professional and warm and caring. Assessment of my dental issues was provided to me clearly and concisely in terms I could easily understand. My first visit here but I think I'm in love with them already. Steve
