I chose this dentist for my upper and lower dentures without requiring any extractions. I paid significantly more because he is a cosmetic dentist. While my dentures are beautiful cosmetically, the lower denture has fit very poorly from the beginning. I have worn dentures for over 20 years and have never experienced problems like this until receiving this set, which is only about two years old. Since then, I have dealt with constant ulcers, blisters, and sore spots due to the poor fit. My biggest concern is the lack of timely follow-up care. Every time I need an adjustment, I have to wait well over a month for an appointment. Even more frustrating, if I leave the office and immediately realize the adjustment did not resolve the problem—as has happened multiple times—I call right away to explain that I am still in pain. Instead of being worked back in promptly, I am told I have to wait another month to be seen. On top of that, I am charged again for another adjustment, even though the previous adjustment did not correct the problem. Most recently, my lower denture was adjusted last week. While the adjustment did improve the sore spot on one side of my mouth, it completely changed

I had a great experience today at Dr.Fischer’s office. The whole staff is awesome, they explained everything in detail, and gave me assurance of everything that was going on to be done. I highly recommend Dr.Fischer’s office.

Dr. Fischer made and placed an implant crown for me about a year ago. I was nervous about whether it would look natural because the tooth I lost was a top canine and very visible when I smile. At one point in the process, there was an aesthetic issue with the permanent crown. When I brought it up, Dr. Fischer said, "If you aren't happy, I'm not happy." Then he immediately got to work fixing the issue, and the final result looked incredibly natural. When I got home from having the permanent crown placed, I showed my kids the new tooth. They are 12 and 14, and they couldn't tell which tooth was the crown. If that's not a glowing review, I don't know what is :) Thank you, Dr. Fischer! **I’m including this picture, snapped when I left the dental office after getting the crown placed, because when I was going through the process, I really wanted to see real-life results from others with visible implant crowns.

I’ve been to Dr. Fischer’s office approx 5-6 times, every time has been a treat. Everyone has always been kind and welcoming, even when I’m too sleepy to reciprocate. They have top notch staff throughout the facility. They also seem to be on the leading edge of innovative technologies, I had my cleaning today and they used this air/water/abrasive tool that left my teeth feeling clean without all the gritty that the standard dentist paste polish stuff leaves. Dr. Fischer has a great bedside manner that leaves you feeling confident in your treatment.

Every time I am in their office, I am treated warmly and professionally. As a healthcare professional and as a patient, I have the greatest respect for Dr. Fischer and his team.

The time came for me to replace my upper prosthesis and I came across Dr. Fischer's name. Based on his website and credentials, I booked an appointment. He seemed knowledgeable and assured me I would be happy with the final product. The cost was higher than I anticipated, but I was quickly assured that this was the industry standard to replace an upper prosthesis, so I was willing to pay the astronomical sum of $22,500.00 to have a beautiful new set of upper and lower implants of the same quality—or even better quality than my old ones. The temporary upper prosthesis was created first. I didn’t have any problems with it and looked forward to getting the permanent one. Weeks later I was called for an appointment to place the final prosthesis. Once it was placed in my mouth, I immediately felt pressure and pain in my gums, but Dr. Fischer insisted that he did not understand why this was happening since I had not complained about the fit of temporary one. I asked to see the temporary prosthesis because I also felt the teeth were too large. Dr. Fischer stated he no longer had the temporary teeth to show me and was not able to make any changes, as this was the final product. Bef

Dr. Fischer and his whole staff are absolutely amazing. They are caring, patient, and truly want what’s best for their patients. They make going to the dentist a pleasant experience (which says a lot!) I trust them completely. So grateful to have found them!

Dr. Fischer is so gentle and professional his staff is amazing! Everyone greeted me with a smile and made me feel completely comfortable, like I’d known them all my life. The entire team was friendly, upbeat, and truly made my visit a pleasant experience. I have found a new home. Highly recommended
