I had the worst experience EVER! When the referring oral surgeon referred me to Carmona he sent Carmona a picture of the flipper I needed. Carmona never consulted me on the coloring. He picked it out himself. when the flipper arrived it was at least twice the size as the flipper that I requested. in the end, he said his lab doesn’t make the flipper I asked for. when he should’ve said. I cannot do the job, go somewhere else. I arrived to get the flipper, his assistant, after 15 minutes or so, took his mask and gloves off, threw them in the garbage put his hands on his hips and said “you are hitting all the points so there’s no more I can do for you”. What?! Carmona came in he adjusted some more. Teeth touched but the apparatus was so large for my mouth it was hurting my gum. I left. Before I even arrived at my car I started gagging. The flipper was too big for my mouth. After days of trying (hoping I would get used to it). Went back, showed him my old flipper, explained that was what I need. He responded “no one told me you would be so hard to please. “. I asked him why he would say that, his response “well you were being rude to my staff.” The staff who couldn’t fit a fli

I had an outstanding experience at Dr. Carmona’s office. He immediately understood the urgency of my case, as I needed a full evaluation and treatment before starting chemotherapy. He was clear, compassionate, and made me feel confident from the start. He quickly accommodated my appointments, and the entire process was smooth and pain-free. The results were excellent. I left the practice with all the information I needed about potential chemotherapy side effects and the appropriate prescriptions. The staff were also incredibly kind and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Carmona and his team without hesitation.

I do not recommend this dentist. When I first saw him he told me the crowns were going to be porcelain then on my second visit he said there are not porcelain but a better material. When the crown were finished one of them was supposed to be temporary but on my next visit she said that the kind of cement that he uses is almost permanent and it’s very hard to take off (after he already did it , probably lied again to me and just glued permanently but not well done because near the gum there was a tiny space where bacteria was getting in) On my last consultation I told him that it was his responsibility to have it perfectly glued even though that was not supposed to be a final crown. He was very rude to me , even raising his voice and when I requested for him to speak in Spanish so that I could understand better because I was feeling very overwhelmed and his response was that his assistant does not understand Spanish 😧. I ended up not going with him again and see another dentist who said that the crowns were not properly glued , there was cement in my gums which were causing inflammation and infection. Now I would have to redo the whole treatment plus and implant because I lost the

Dr. Carmona is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. H has a very good bedside manner. This is my second time and every time he takes the time to thoroughly explain different kinds of treatments that could work for you. He does not mind questions. He will answer all the questions and will suggest options and everything else. Misty is also very helpful and did explain to me different ways to pay for my treatment. I am a very satisfied customer. Dr. Carmona is definitely a dentist who goes above and beyond for his patients. Ever since I walked into his office a few months ago, he and his staff have gone out of their way to help me with my procedure. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. Believe me, I have needed extensive dental work for a long time and Dr. Carmona put together a treatment plan. It was as though he could read my mind and he knew exactly where I was coming from. Thank you Dr. Carmona and staff for your kindness and patience.
