I called and spoke to Ricki, so sweet and wanted to help my situation, she said she would talk to Dr. Carter Lane and get back to me, not 10 minutes later she called me back. The Dr. got on the phone and said" I really want to help" I am the wellness director for Wildwood canyon villa and a resident had a 5 tooth cap that was hanging by a thread, super glued, He said I can be there at 2:30 pm, the same day! Talk about service!!! The residents daughter was so happy to have this done for her dad and not have to leave the Community. He drove up in a portable ortho office, very cool! Our resident was put in the dental chair, (the back of the RV opened up and the resident was taken up in his wheelchair) Ricki was with him too! Dr. Called the residents daughter through his procedure to make sure she knew what was going on the whole time! Dr. Carter Lane that was the best patient care, you really care about someone's dental needs, and Ricki so sweet thank you for taking the initiative to ask doctor if he could do this We look forward to working with you in the future!! A+++++++++ Service!! The Resident was very happy and wants to send you a Thank You as well

Dr. Lane is not only a personable orthodontist, he is highly skilled and ethical. He won’t rest until it’s done right. He takes his time with you and explains everything very thoroughly. I’m so glad I chose him to do my braces over another orthodontist. He is fair on pricing and does what he says. I’d highly recommend him!!
