Roanoke is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Roanoke follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Dr. Leena and her team have been incredible. We have seen such great progress in a short amount of time with our son’s pallet expansion. He was having several behavior concerns and was not sleeping well at all. He would toss and turn all night long. He is sleeping restfully now and we have zero behavior issues. We also see huge changes in the symmetry of his face. All of this happened in just three months. I had many consults prior to going with Dr. Leena and she is by far the most knowledgeable in working with children. She looks at the whole child to create a plan - nutrition, nervous system regulation, and now offering myofunctional care in house. If you’re looking for support, book the consult and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about. She’s fabulous.

Dr. Alexander and her team at DFW Deep Sleep are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend them. They are kind, compassionate and thorough in their work. After years of snoring, stopping breathing in my sleep and waking up feeling like I was hit by a bus ... I am finally getting the sleep I need and waking up feeling great. Thank you!

We have a very positive experience with Dr. Alexander and her amazing staff. Being on the beginning of our journey, they took the time to perform a thorough CT scan to better understand the cause of our 8-year-old son’s snoring, and the level of detail and care in their evaluation was truly reassuring. In addition to the imaging, we did an at home sleep study, which ultimately confirmed sleep apnea. Thanks to their comprehensive approach, we now have clear answers and a path forward, including next steps like tonsil removal and expanders. As a parent, it means everything to finally understand what’s going on and how to help our child!! We are incredibly grateful for her expertise, patience, and the in-depth information she has provided every step of the way! We also appreciate her staff being bilingual (English/Spanish)! Helps our son be at ease.

Dr. Alexander is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She clearly understands what she is doing and takes the time to evaluate the root cause of the problem rather than offering quick, temporary fixes. I truly appreciate that she never recommends unnecessary procedures or treatments. Her approach is thoughtful, honest, and focused on what is genuinely best for the patient. She is also very helpful, takes time to explain things clearly, and makes you feel confident in the care you are receiving.

Dr. Alexander is amazing! Her expertise on everything related to the sleep and the body is spot on. She took the time to explain everything which gave me confidence to trust her advice completely. I highly recommend anyone who is a little on the fence. Just do it! I should have done this 5 months ago when it was first suggested by a professional.
