I hadnt been to the dentist in 9 years because I am not a fan after having braces twice growing up. The girl who checked me in was quick and pleasant. My hygienist was fantastic! I truly wish I could remember her name so I could specifically thank her and even the Dr was great. They made me feel very comfortable. My reason for such a low rating is because I went in September 13th for my initial exam, I have insurance whom they say the accept. I need to have my teeth cleaned still but also cavities were found and those need to be taken care of as well. I am still waiting to hear back from Abbeyville Dentistry on 45th about a treatment plan and the cost. I have called twice and been told each time I would receive a call back including the day of my visit for the treatment info. It's very disappointing to have such a great initial experience only to be disappointed in the follow up. Or lack of follow up I should say.
