Amazing staff, great overall experience. Alexa initially helped me set an appointment and was very efficient in making that happen. Jasmine helped me get checked in and explain costs when it came to that. Vanessa did my x-rays and made an awkward experience very comfortable. Dr. Cisneros was excellent at explaining through what I needed in a clear way and got me set up with a crown the same day after a much needed deep cleaning. Nicole did an excellent job getting my teeth cleaner than they had been in years. Will have no issues returning for regular visits.

Vanessa was great, this dentist spot is awesome. They actually care about their patients and worked with us financially. Most of us have 9 to 5 jobs and it’s tough to go to the dentist especially if you want to save your sick days and PTO, I recommend coming here because they’re open on 1 Saturday each month and close later on Wednesday’s from 10am to 7pm.

I had been dreading going back to my previous dentist because I never felt like my concerns were truly being heard. After researching a new office, I found Dentist on Sand Canyon and decided to give them a try based on their great reviews—and I’m so glad I did! Before my appointment, Dr. Cisneros personally texted me to check in and ask if there were any concerns I’d like her to know about ahead of time. That level of care immediately stood out to me. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The office is beautiful, but even more importantly, every staff member was welcoming, kind, and professional. You can genuinely feel the positive work culture they have created. Every person I interacted with made me feel comfortable and cared for. Most importantly, all of my concerns were addressed. I was able to get a deep cleaning and a crown completed the same day! I’ve had crowns done elsewhere before, and I always dreaded dealing with temporary crowns because they would hurt or fall off. Had a really good experience here for a routine check-up that ended up turning into a deep cleaning. The entire staff was honestly a 10/10. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process feel calm instead of stressful, which is rare for a dental office because apparently human teeth love creating expensive side quests. Dr. Cisneros took the time to explain everything clearly, gave detailed feedback about what was going on with my teeth, and helped me understand what steps I should take moving forward. I really appreciated how thorough and patient she was. Vanessa was also amazing. She handled my X-rays and everything else that needed to be done, and made the process smooth and comfortable. The office was very clean, the vibe was relaxed, the music choice was actually good, and the deep cleaning was surprisingly painless. They also offer flexible payment plans, which helps a lot. Definitely recommend this office if you want a place that feels professional but still genuinely caring.

We had such a great experience at this dental office with my 20-month-old son. Taking a toddler to the dentist can be stressful, but the entire team was incredibly patient, gentle, and understanding. Dr Roxy was truly AMAZING! They made him feel comfortable right away and handled everything with so much care.I really appreciated how calm and kind they were throughout the visit, they took their time and never rushed him, which made a huge difference. As a parent, that meant everything to me. You can tell they truly care about kids and creating a positive experience. Highly recommend for anyone with little ones!!!!
