Unfortunately I think we are done with this dentist, our child is autistic, and instead of trying to calm and help her they got easily frustrated instead, if we had known how this would have happened we would have taken our business elsewhere where. Usually the dentist and assistant are fine. But today was apparently not the case. This is the kind of dentist that end up causing children to fear the dentist instead of being fine with it causing life long trauma

This was our first and last time there. We came in to a full waiting room and waited an hour to be seen. The dentist did not even introduce herself since this was our first time there, so I didn’t realize who she was when she started talking to me. No headphones, tv sets for kids while they are being treated in the chair. And no prizes given. Not very kid friendly.

I do not recommend this Dentist for you're toddler. I worked in a dental office for many years and the way they practice here is not suitable. My daughter was seen in under 3 minutes for a "cleaning AND a bad tooth" that needed to be checked out. The cleaning took 20 seconds or less, the Dentist simply took a basic toothbrush with their cleaning agent and quickly grazed over SOME of her teeth. Now when it came to her bad tooth, it is a front tooth that has trauma and has turned black that causes her pain. The Dentist glanced and suggested we wait to see if the pain gets worse before we do anything. The staff are friendly and kind, they did go above and beyond for my daughter BUT my appt was at 10am and we waited over 45 minutes with an over crowded waiting room where my husband and I took the last two seats. Seems everyone's appt was at 10am. I see why the Dentist rushes. I feel when it comes to oral hygiene, that should take some time.

Doctor did my 15 month olds lip and tongue tie and didn’t seem too personal which was fine until the end of the procedure. Needless to say, he was crying and because she couldn’t hear me too well nor could I hear her, I could tell she was getting annoyed by the crying and told him “are you going to stop crying, it’s okay”. I certainly did not expect it so I didn’t say anything. Next was a 4 week check up and I told her about his mouth bleeding a lot the day after which she didn’t make me aware of. She brushed it to the side saying he’s fine and its normal but not once did she ever sound concerned and seemed more like she was ready to move on to the next patient. I’m disappointed to say I was not pleased with such a traumatizing first hand experience and hate that it’s hard to find doctors who act like they care about their patients. Will not be going back.

Wow! Just moved to lubbock and needed a check up after a few years. We just left our first appointment with Dr. Dhillon and I wish i could give her more stars! She was very informative, and when voicing her concerns about my son, she was very supportive in a parenting aspect and I think gave my kiddo the right talk to inspire him to take better care of his teeth! She even took the time to show me those details in his mouth. She gave me resources for my daughters braces. This is our first time having to use medicaid and I was very pleased that we weren't treated like medicaid patients typically are. I felt respected and my kids were well informed! The entire staff is super awesome and very friendly. My kids used to get really anxious about the dentist, but this experience definitely changed their opinions! We saw two hygienist, one for my son, one for my daughter. I really wish that the older lady who worked with my son was friendlier and more informative. However, the young lady who worked on my daughter was like a ray of sunshine! Absolutely INCREDIBLE!
