I am hesitant to write this, as I am a small business owner who knows the impact of reviews, but this experience was too challenging to conceal as families make decisions for their children’s care. We were referred to Dr. Briceno for her ability to treat cavities without subjecting kids to local shot-administered anesthetic. My son has challenges and deep fear of needles and would not allow our dentist to take the measures necessary to numb his mouth. Dr. Briceno was incredible with him and making him feel safe. We have had a wonderful experience with her as a dentist. Here is the challenge. If you are referred to a dentist and they are wonderful, but you can never see them, their appts are not kept, and you are juggled around to different providers, it does not matter how wonderful they are. You cannot utilize their care. Following that first appt, I elected to move all of my kids to Dentini from the only dentist they have known their whole life. He stopped taking insurance and our experience was so good the first time, it made sense to try someone new. The first visit was ok. We've had such a wonderful experience at Dentini Pediatric Dentistry! From the moment you walk in, the office is bright, clean, and welcoming, and every member of the staff goes out of their way to make kids (and parents!) feel comfortable. Dr. Strassner is exceptional. She is incredibly friendly, takes the time to build a connection with my kids, and always explains everything in a way that helps both my children and me feel informed and at ease. My youngest son has chronic health conditions and some medical anxiety, so finding providers who are patient and compassionate is especially important to our family. The entire team has always treated him with kindness, understanding, and patience, which has made a huge difference in his dental experiences. When we recently had a concern about one of his teeth, they were able to fit us in for a same-day appointment, and we were so grateful for their responsiveness and care. We have had wonderful experiences with Dr. Briceno. She is always attentive, patient, and great with kids. She takes the time to listen to any questions or concerns we have. We especially appreciate her thoughtful advice and the way she explains things clearly, helping us make informed decisions. She and her team make every visit a positive experience. My two-year-old daughter had her initial dental appointment, which she thoroughly enjoyed. The entire team focused on her comfort and ensured a positive experience throughout. Dr. S demonstrated a high level of professionalism and patience with my child, resulting in no distress or tears. I have found a trusted dental provider for my daughter.

The best! I will recommend Dr Briceno to anyone & everyone who needs a pediatric dentist. Dr Briceno, was actually my 3rd dentist opinion, after the previous 2 had said the only option for my child to receive dental treatment was anesthesia. Honestly, I felt very uneasy about putting my 4 yr old through complete sedation, and was hesitant to do so. The other two dentists said that that was the only option. Matter of fact the first dentist, in the Memorial area, had the audacity to say anesthesia was our only option because it was easier for her to do it all at once. So pretty much for her sake of comfort, my child was best off being under & still. That didn’t sit well with me. I had just about given up, and was ready to proceed with that, but I decided to try one more dentist. I went to Dr Briceno office and explained my fears & doubts and she understood. She told me my child could definitely have dental treatment without resorting to anesthesia as our first & only option! I was ecstatic and grateful to hear that because I knew she cared and wasn’t just choosing what was easier for her but safer for my child!
