In brief; An Amazing Transformation! For a more detailed review please read on: I realize most reviews are brief, but my story and recent interaction with Dental Implants GPS deserves much more than a couple of nice words. My search for relief from the discomfort of dentures, which I had endured for nearly 60 years, began in earnest in October 2017. Over the ensuing 9 years I visited 3 different implant practices. Surprisingly, none of them agreed on a solution so I didn't go forward. Then, while vacationing in Arizona in November 2025, I unexpectedly learned about Dental Implants GPS in Riverside, California. Dental Implants GPS had an outstanding reputation, especially for difficult cases like mine, which immediately caught my attention. Almost three months post-op and I HIGHLY recommend Dental Implants GPS in Riverside. After consulting with several big name competitors, I felt the most comfortable with and confident about GPS. Dr. Baker did a phenomenal job with no complications experienced. Of special note is Dr. Andreini, a self-described perfectionist, who crafted my implants, with careful measurements, listening carefully to my feedback, and making adjustments until they were exactly what I wanted. She is a true ARTIST, and such a sweet and genuine person! Also, the support I received, from Sonia in finance to the entire customer service team was top notch.The results were better than I'd ever hoped for and gave me a confidence I hadn't expected. I've been complemented many times on my smile since my surgery, something I'd never experienced in my entire life!

I recently had treatment done with Dr. Betita for a single implant while awake and had a great experience. I was nervous for nothing. I hate getting shots for any dental work and can say it was much better than expected! I hardly even felt the shots and didn’t feel a thing during my procedure. My assistant made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout my procedure as well. The recovery was really smooth. No swelling or pain whatsoever!

Dr Andreini and the whole riverside team was just great! Everyone is super friendly from the front office with Thiare and Rosa to the assistants, Gladis and Kim took great care of me. Overall super Happy with the outcome.
