I cannot say enough about this staff. I found out last week that I have stage 4 melanoma on top of that, I start getting this toothache from a tooth that broke off 5 years ago! Not an issue for years. When it started hurting, within 24 hours my face was completely swollen. I was able to get in without a hassle, no judgments nothing but kindness. I was able to set up a payment plan and get relief within the HOUR!! I highly recommend 10/5 stars. Every staff member was exceptional. Huge shout out to Dr. Johnathan Nobles best dentist experience I have ever had. If you have dental issues, need immediate relief GO HERE open 7 days a week and in the evening!

I had a fantastic experience here! I didn’t make an appointment ahead of time as a new patient, so there was a bit of a wait, but that was on me. The staff was very friendly and patient, especially Alexandra, Adella, and Ameria (that might not be her name but it’s the pregnant girl). Dr. Kim (I actually think it’s Dr. Kwon but it sounded like Kim so that’s what I’m putting) was kind, gentle, and experienced. I’ll come here again for my dental needs and I won’t be so scared next time bc they really made it all not so bad.

Phenomenal place to go in an emergency. The staff were very kind and helpful. I had to have an extraction and they make it very quick and painless. Their office was very clean and nice. I felt very safe and in good care. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of emergency dental care. They will take very good care of you.

On the way home now from unexpectedly getting a tooth pulled. Man when i tell you i am terrified of dentist i mean i start crying and before i leave my house, i hate them so much. This was such a good place to go, low budget and in so much pain, $90 for the X- ray and way the cheapest i found near me, and amazing payment plan options. I had Alexandra helping me along side the doctor and a few direct quotes from her are “i love my job, taking care of someone hurt is my favorite part”, “i understand what it’s like to be in your position and i want to make you feel better”, she was so bubbly and sweet with my husband and made the appointment better despite me shaking under their tools^^ Thank you guys sm for helping! will be back if needed!

So I don’t even know where to begin with the exceptional customer service and care I received from the staff at Dental Emergency Care. Let’s start from when I called the office 3 times talking with Ms. Veronica and she was the absolute sweetest never got frustrated with me trying to convince myself to drive an hour to be seen Then I arrive and my wait time was not long at all they took X-rays, got me numb and extracted and I couldn’t even tell it was being done. Esmeralda made me comfy and she was also sweet and soft spoken she made sure I had all instructions I needed to care for my extractions. Dr. Kim was also the sweetest soft spoken guy, advised me of other things I needed to have done let’s just say I will drive the hour to this office just because of the care they provided from front to back. Keep up the great work and I will definitely be back.
