I am a first time patient and I had a wonderful experience. The waiting area was clean but it was a little too cold. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The hygienist and Dentist were very knowledgeable and did a great job. I highly recommend this business for your dental needs.

All the staff were very friendly and informative. Dr Knott did a great job of filling my tooth, all the while keeping me laughing. The lady who cleaned my teeth was so sweet and did a fantastic job. I have highly recommended it to friends.

Very nice and friendly staff. Clean and hospitable waiting room. Dr was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was happy with how quick and easy they made insurance verification and explained treatment plan thoroughly. Recommend!!

My first time visiting and I absolutely loved the customer service, friendliness, courteous, prompt service, knowledgeable and welcoming atmosphere. I could tell the Staff truly cared and were eager to answer and assist me with all my dental needs. I would recommend their services to anyone needing dental care. I was very satisfied and will definitely return for my dental care needs. Thank you so much for your genuine and hospitable care. I was also pleased to be able to purchase an electric toothbrush that I was needing to upgrade. They had some to purchase and it helped save me time and money being able to pick one up during my visit. Thank you for providing these accommodations for your patients. This was my first visit to any dentist here.Having just recently returned to Lubbock, absolutely five star service across the board. And I loved that they'd already decorated for the holidays! The cheery decor made my tooth ache and feel better as soon as I walked in the door. The staff were patient and kind and listened, so important these days!
