I had an amazing experience at Crossroads Dental for my dental cleaning. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the entire staff made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. The office atmosphere is very clean, organized, and professional, yet warm and friendly at the same time. Special thanks to Dr. Rosi Shrestha and Alisha ❤️ for being so kind, gentle, and attentive throughout the visit. They explained everything clearly, made the procedure smooth and stress-free, and truly made me feel valued as a patient. I would like to thank each and every working staffs (Staphnie, Lacey) who really work hard for their patients. Every staff member in the office was approachable, respectful, and very friendly. I really appreciated the hospitality, positive environment, and how efficiently everything was handled. The clinic also has modern equipment, excellent patient care, and great attention to cleanliness and comfort. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care with a caring and compassionate team. Definitely a 5-star experience.

I had a great experience getting my retainer replaced at this office! The whole process was quick and easy—from scheduling the appointment to getting fitted for the new retainer. The staff was super helpful and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. They explained the process clearly and made sure the fit was comfortable. I’ve been going to Dr. Rosi for several years now, and I can honestly say she’s the best. I used to live in Torrance and now I’m in Porter Ranch, but I still make the drive because she’s that good. She did my veneers and the results exceeded my expectations — my smile has never looked better. What really stands out is how much she genuinely cares about her patients. She always takes her time, makes sure I’m comfortable, and walks me through every step so I feel confident in the treatment I’m getting. Her entire staff is just as amazing — super friendly, professional, and always going above and beyond to make every visit a great experience. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares and delivers top-tier work, Dr. Rosi is the one. Highly recommend.

I'm very grateful to come across this office. Dr. Rosi was able to help treat an urgent situation with my gums. They were able to get me in quickly, do cleaning and handle any fillings that were needed. It's a little pricey because my insurance doesn't cover 100% but they are transparent about cost upfront so I know what I'm expecting to pay. I feel like I'm in good hands when I come here. The staff are always friendly and make me feel welcomed. I highly recommend!
