No problems with the service delivery. My complaint is from a bill I received after a non-covered imaging service was provided without being told in advance that it would not be covered. Had I been told the imaging service would not be covered, I would have elected to deny that service. Customers do not like surprise bills. We have insurance for a reason and that reason is to cover our dental services. I will find another dental office from this point forward. Again, there was no complaint against the services provided. My complaint is from a lack of informed consent prior to providing imaging services.

My toddler and I both had an amazing experience with Dr. Perez and Shira. They were kind, gentle, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout our visit. Best of all, there was no pain or discomfort for either of us! We're so happy to have such a wonderful dental team in our community.

Dr. Burgdorf and Gretchen are truly the best at what they do! Friends recommended them to me over 20 years ago, and ever since, I've referred many of my own friends and family because of the exceptional care they provide. Thank you both for always making dental visits as pleasant as possible. Your expertise, kindness, and genuine care mean so much.

I had such a wonderful experience at Crossroads Dental. We needed a last-minute appointment, and they were able to get us in right away, which I truly appreciated.
