We are a small family-owned practice committed to keeping the smiles of our community bright and healthy. Dr. Katlyn Nguyen, Dr. Paul Nguyen, Dr. Susan De Mata, and our dedicated team at Creative Smile Dental want you to begin your day with a great smile. Members of our team are fluent in Spanish, Vietnamese, and Tagalog, allowing us to reach a wider range of patients. Since our opening in 1997, we have offered many services including, but not limited to; cosmetic, orthodontics, restorative, Myobrace, implants, laser, periodontal care, tooth extraction, oral surgery, cleaning and prevention. I had a great experience at Creative Smile Dental. The staff was friendly, welcoming and made the whole visit comfortable. Everything was handled professionally and the process was smooth. Overall, a very positive experience and I’m happy with the care I received. Highly recommend!

I love the treatment with my baby girls, Dr. was really careful and manage to have my girls tooth done easily.. They are so kind and treat everyone with kindness.. Just to mention that my girls love to come because they get little toys :) and many things!!! This is as far the best place I’ve taken my girls to, it doesn’t matter if it takes me more than an hour to get here…. Front personal is great and super kind.. will recomend 100%…

The friendliest staff, the cutest holiday decorations, they’re so so great with kids, and my teeth cleaning was great and efficient! I learned something new about my teeth today that no other dentist had ever told me. So they gave free sonic toothbrushes as a promotion for new clients. Also Maria is awesome, her bookings are on point and efficient. Highly recommend this clinic!

Creative Smile Dental is the BEST dental office, with the best staff and dentists! Superb service and care! I literally grew up with these amazing people who have taken care of my teeth through all the ups and downs. My whole family goes to this office and we’ve recommended even more friends/family to this office as well. I whole heartedly recommend them to all individuals and families in the area. The office is conveniently located between Fremont and Union city with plenty of parking. The office itself is super clean! I love visiting our friends their including their fishies in the waiting area. Thank you so much for continuing to care for me, my family, and our teeth! ❤️🪥🦷
