I've been bringing my daughter here since October of 2025. Everything from the very beginning has been easy. The staff is amazing. We are in and out quickly each time. They answer all questions in detail. I couldn't ask for a better experience and am grateful this is where she's getting her ortho treatment. Thank you Cool Smiles Colton for such a great experience each and every month =)

I had a very negative experience with Erica during my orthodontic appointment. I am autistic and have significant dental anxiety, so communication and patience are very important to me during treatment. During my appointment, I felt that my attempts to communicate discomfort were not being acknowledged. At multiple points, I felt rushed and overwhelmed. I also felt that my head and chin were being moved abruptly with little explanation beyond being told to turn in a certain direction. As the appointment continued, my anxiety increased significantly. I became so distressed that I eventually left the appointment and cried in my car afterward. The experience left me feeling shaken, unheard, and extremely uncomfortable. What made this especially difficult was that another dentist at the same office later accommodated my needs much more effectively. They explained what they were doing, provided clear communication, gave me a hand signal to use if I needed a break, and were able to complete treatment successfully. That experience showed me how much of a difference patience and communication can make for anxious and autistic patients. This review reflects my personal experience. Unfortuna

My experience with Joel has been great, he is always professional attentive and tries to be gentle with my teeth. That is why I choose him for my treatment because he has good reviews. And now is my turn to do so. Thank you Joel 🤗 can't wait to see my smile after my treatment. You are awesome👍😊 and keep up the awesome work. 🤗✨

Dr. Amin by far the best she is very professional ,glad I chose her as my childrens Orthodontist , Been bringing my kids here for their braces, couldn't be happier, If I could give this place a 10 star rating I would. I highly recommend Cool Smiles Orthodontics. Very Knowledgeable staff Darla is amazing, very professional and great personality she makes my kids visit super smooth very attentive as well.

Darla was very professional during my daughters ortho visit, she was very gentle, kind, has a positive attitude and very sweet she explained every step along the way during my daughters orthodontic treatment , my daughter was very comfortable under her care and she was great with communication, We’re looking forward to coming back to her follow up appointments. Shes very excited in returning after experiencing fun vibes and professionalism with Darla. Great Staff highly recommend !!
