I had such a great experience with my advisors, Eva and Henry! We’ve actually been trying for years to get me jump-started with a program, and it feels so good to finally be at the point where I’m able to make it happen. They were both incredibly helpful with my FAFSA application, onboarding, paperwork, and making sure I understood everything along the way. What really stood out to me was how genuinely happy they were to see me come back prepared and finally ready to get started. You can tell they truly care about the students they work with. The whole office had such a welcoming, positive, and supportive energy. I’m so grateful for their patience, encouragement, and help throughout this process.❣️

I had a great experience with the admissions team throughout the entire process. Danny Hernandez was an outstanding admissions adviser who guided me from the very beginning of my application until I was officially accepted into the VN program. Despite my busy work schedule, he was proactive in keeping me on track, checking in regularly, and making sure I never missed an important deadline. He was always patient, responsive, and encouraging, which made the admissions process much less stressful. I'm truly grateful for all of his support. Mrs. Eva in Financial Aid was equally amazing. My parents and I loved working with her because she explained everything in a clear, concise, and transparent way. She made sure we fully understood our financial aid options and what we were committing to before moving forward. Overall, they have a great admissions team that genuinely cares about helping students succeed. Their professionalism, communication, and support made my transition into the VN program a wonderful experience.

I had an outstanding experience with the admissions process at Concorde, and Charlotte was a huge part of that. As someone transitioning out of the Navy, I had a lot of questions about going back to school and what the process would look like. Charlotte made everything easy to understand and guided me through every step with patience and professionalism. She truly went above and beyond by helping me receive credit for classes I had previously completed, which made a big difference. She was always available to answer my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and genuinely cared about helping me succeed. I was recently accepted into the Surgical Technology program, and I’m excited to begin this next chapter. I’m very grateful for Charlotte’s support and highly recommend Concorde to anyone considering a career in healthcare. Thank you for making this a 5-star experience!

Great counseling team! Eva and AC were both amazing throughout the enrollment process. AC made everything easy to understand and was very helpful in explaining the Medical Assistant program to me. Eva was great at explaining my financial aid options, grants, and scholarships, and made sure I understood everything. They were both very supportive and patient with me. They made the whole process much less stressful and they also made sure I was confident with my decisions. Thank you both for all your help and I am so excited to start my classes soon! :)

My starting process was well-detailed with a tour, benefits explanation, education review, and policy explanation. I was checked in with Daniel, who was helpful and friendly. He made me feel welcomed and showed me the program I am entering. He was very intentional with me and I can see he is passionate about his job and livelihood. Besides the Concorde content, he gave great life advice. My financial Aid counselor, Eva was thorough and made the process easy to understand and quick. Besides her being hilarious, she made me feel comfortable throughout the whole session and walked through FAFSA system. I can see the family orientation the Concorde team expresses with each other and their students. They are proactive with their students to help them reach their careers.
