Attempting to get me my mom scheduled for appointment because doctor made notes for urgent hospital followup. I needed to speak to clinic directly since there was no appointments. Was on hold for 17 minutes with no answer, called back and still on hold with clinic line for 1 hour, 4 minutes and 19 seconds. This is a terrible system and people's lives are not only on hold but on the line! Please answer your phone or call clients back in a timely manner.

I cannot begin to explain how infuriating it is to work with this location. Every time I try to refill my prescriptions I have issues directly because of this location's incompetency. I had an appointment in Nov with the sole purpose of getting refills for my prescriptions I need every day and have taken for decades. They gave me a 3 month supply with no refills, so I'm already out. Extremely long wait times on phone calls, menus that route you back to the main dialer, and calls that just drop. I would never recommend anyone use this provider if you have any choice. Edit: Adding a screenshot of my hour and a half long hold trying to talk to the clinic. I just went in instead of waiting. Service is still awful. Avoid at all costs.

Staff are lazy and carleas, they don’t value time , they don’t care how long people wait here to get a treatment, as long as they get a pay, they don’t care what patients are going through, especially the provider, they need to be replaced or sent home

Hey guys, I went here to do lab work. They have an excellent guy that draws your blood without pain! 😭 I am so scared of needles and he made me feel real relaxed. Thank you! 😊

Went for imaging on the 10th about something concerning. By the end of the week I still wasn't notified about my results so I messaged through the MyChart app to ask about them. The person who responded said they hadn't received anything yet and what location has I gone to? I gave them the info. They responded they would reach out to them. I also reach out myself about the imaging results to place that did them the 14th. And was told the would be sent to Dr Reddy within 20 minutes of my call. And then my provider would be able to get them from her. Following Monday the 17th I'm told the results were received and to give them 72 hours for my provider "Ms Sirleaf" to reach out to me. By Friday of that week I reached out again by messaging through MyChart to find out what is going on and see if someone could give me results before weekend. I will mention by this time I can see some notes about my results on my end, but I don't understand them. They also don't seem to be normal results. In the past it has never tooken this long to be notified about abnormal results with the past providers I have seen. Well I got a response until the Next Monday March 24. Which stated they were sending
