Absolutely wonderful experience with an urgent visit for a kid. It's a trauma center...wait times are to be expected. We were in the ER for an afternoon/evening and then were admitted overnight. Everyone was amazing to deal with, facilities were great, and the communication at every step of the way was better than any ER I've used in 23 years of bouncing around the world in the military. From admin to nurses and doctors, we will choose to come here again if/when we need it because of the quality of care and staff.

Went in for an infected 2nd degree burn, barely even had time to sit down before I was seen. Got out in about 30-40 minutes bandaged up with prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. Staff was friendly, environment was clean, shockingly excellent experience. 10/10 recommend!

So I’m confused, if you’re pregnant and are having issues you’re supposed to be put in front of the line….at least that’s what the paper said at the front desk. No that’s not the case wait in line.y wife and I have been in this waiting room for 5 hours. FIVE ENTIRE HOURS OF NEGLECT HOW IS THIS DEPT STILL FUNCTIONING. I have yet to hear from the doctor at ALL and I know we still have to wait for blood and US. We can’t leave either so we’re basically hostage until we get the information. Apparently this isn’t something that can be told what the next steps are on the phone. Even though I know they are just gonna give a 5-10 sentence consult and that’s it. The bloody medicine finished faster than this entire process…..officially 5 hours total and it’s just a discharge(I was mid writing this in the lobby.) this is an actual joke. Hire more people and get these processes fixed this is ridiculous. This is the same hospital I suffered an Asthma Attack in the lobby 20yrs ago and was told to wait for 3 hrs for albuterol….it hasn’t changed at all very disappointing. Do better.

Excellent! My son was treated for burn injuries. Emergency Department was exceptional during the initial treatment. When transferred to the burn unit, he was cared for by knowledgeable and compassionate professionals. Best hospital experience ever! Thank you to all.

I would not recommend coming here unless you are critically-ill. They are extremely limited on the resources that they have and can only do basic imaging like x-rays. Moreover, the Dr went through my case history and added a diagnosis from 4+ years ago stating that it was “complicating my case”. This was inaccurate, and the Dr did not bother to verify my current health conditions. As a result, I was asked if I was presenting with symptoms of a condition that was unrelated for what I was being seen for. I was confused about the questions until I was able to read the visit’s clinical notes. I was discharged without answers as I was told that they could not help me, and I would need to go to a different Dr. The diagnosis was something along the lines of “various symptoms, go back to a different Dr”. I left with the same concerns as I arrived with.
