Community Health Group

KM a month ago

Today, I had a doctor's appointment in a nearby building. My husband and I had time before the appointment. So, we went into the parking lot and followed a sidewalk. It lead to a Community Health Group Facility. It is part of the Healthcare Pavillion in Eastlake. We are in our 50's and I wouldn't imagine us to be very odd looking. We decided we would walk on the side walk near the building. Such a nice day out, so we followed it around. When we started hearing someone yell for their dog. Clapping and strange noises. This is a public area so we didn't think anything about it. Then, we finished our walk back into the parking lot, the building is nice, several benches to sit outside to eat. We had a banana with us. Enjoying tge day. When the creepy guy making noises starts stalking us through the parking lot. Really, I dialed 91 waiting for this creep to make his move. At this point my husband said, let's walk up the hill. We did and turned around to see this creepy person following us. This is all a public area. W turn around to see a guy wearing a security vest. I want to know, why are there many people walking in the parking lot and this strange guy is following us? There are eve

Never deny any requests. I have done mri from head to toe and had problems with providers but never with CHP. They deserve credits and I am tottaly aware of mismanagements as well but they are so good for a non profit.

The company has a wrong address and the poor lady is not getting her important mail. I keep getting it even though I have been returning it! The call center refused to help notify the member!

Very good customer services. The two Arabic girls Merna and Mariam help me and my wife all the time because my English is no good. Very nice and professional. Thank you very much community health group

Some of the reviews that are left just aren't true. CHG is awesome and answer all of the time for me and even respond to text messages on their own personal phones. Dr. Perez at Family Health is fantastic and goes above and beyond. The staff there is helpful, knowledgeable and as friendly as one can be. I was asked what time they I'd like any future appointments, and my next two appointments are at that exact time. Back to CHG. I didn't need to call them, they called me. Please don't believe everything you read about them they're great. I would give names but won't without permission but everybody I've spoken to over there is the exact same. Knowledgeable, friendly, and they make sure all of your questions are answered before the phone call is over. Can't go wrong.
