Is the worst leasing company on the planet right now. They are completely lazy. The trash shoot stays filthy. I have gone on a tour at other properties and the trash shoot is almost perfect minimal bacteria and infection risk. They refuse to make repairs on old things. I am currently watching my floor board's trim rot. The shower room floor trimming is past the mildew stage. I don't even know what it is. They refuse to allow me to make my own simple repairs. Ok, on top of all this they completely discriminate against almost everything. I am currently being watched to make sure I have no visitors. This is the worst and emotionally draining place of abuse. I have been harassed inside my home by their star elderly person living above me. Not too mention his gang of depression enforcers. Bully enforcement is definitely their headquarters 😭 Also be careful to record their visits. They had a plumber🪠 come to clear my toilet. The plumber said "all done" while leaving and later reported falsely that I had put something in the toilet other than 💩 and pee. The plumber made this false claim in order to have the tenant pay for the hours worked and service instead of Community Corporation of Sa

Community corp has been awesome and helped me out so much I couldn’t thank them enough because they helped me get off the streets and into my own place !!! Thank you community corp of Santa Monica!!!!!

Sooo, you gotta be on the Below Market Housing list thru the City of Santa Monica. There is a long list and hope you receive an invite to apply. They choose 20 people to contact for every one Apt. Better off finding one on my own. Only problem is most rents for one bedroom exceed the amount of the Voucher. Slim chance, but, I'm not giving up.

Community Corp.of Santa Monica has been such a blessing in my life there's no words to explain how helpful they have been to me and many other people here in Santa Monica California.

I have been living by the beach for five years now. The management company has been helpful over the years and is willing to work with the tenants. Plus, it's a short walk from the train station and the beach.
