I had an outstanding experience at CommuniCare in Encino Park. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely personable. It was clear that everyone there truly cares about their patients and takes pride in providing exceptional service. I would especially like to recognize Nurse Christina for her professionalism, tact, compassion, and warm personality. She took the time to listen, address concerns thoughtfully, and made me feel comfortable and respected throughout my visit. Our Provider Lauren Thomas and Christina’s sincere care and dedication to patient well-being were evident in every interaction. The level of service and compassion provided by the entire team ( Lalo, Jenny and Mileena) was truly top notch. After spending 22 years receiving medical care on military bases, I have experienced a wide range of healthcare environments, and I can confidently say that this center stands out for its excellence. I cannot recommend Dr. Lauren Thomas and her entire team enough! From the moment we walked in, every single person made us feel welcomed and cared for. The front desk receptionist was kind and friendly, the nurses in the back were incredibly compassionate, and a special thank you to Nurse Christina, who went above and beyond to make sure my daughter, who is on the autism spectrum, felt comfortable throughout our visit. Her patience, kindness, and understanding truly meant the world to us. Dr. Lauren Thomas exceeded every expectation I had. She genuinely listened to my concerns without rushing me and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. Instead of simply giving one solution, she discussed different alternatives and made sure I understood all of our options. My son and I were in and out in under 20 minutes! The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming 💕🥹 My son usually HATES going to the doctor and started off having a full tantrum, but he left smiling and laughing!!! 😂 One of the medical assistants, Christina, was absolutely amazing and knew exactly how to calm him down. The team dynamic here is wonderful and it’s clear the group of girls that work here, genuinely love what they do. I wish every clinic could be like this! Dr. Fischer was also very sweet, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend! 💖🥰💕

I love our pediatrician and the whole office staff. We’ve had two kids and they all know/ ask about our other child if they are not there that day. The medical assistants have always been very kind and playful when it comes to getting what they need from the kids. Our pediatrician listens to our concerns and has made appropriate referrals without pushback. It is easy to schedule and they have been more on time with appointments. Christina and Jenny typically help administer vaccines or assist with bloodwork. They are kind and compassionate. My kids love everyone here. Ps- lauren is awesome, shes known as Dr. Lauren at our house.

Very nice office, clean! Quick to be taken back, the nurse Christina was so sweet and amazing! Lauren Thomas was very sweet too! They all made my girls feel safe and comfortable. All of the staff have been very friendly and ready to help! I’m so glad we made the switch to this clinic on Encino Ledge.
