I visited for a tooth extraction. It was a pleasant experience, there were no surprises during the procedure. Everything was explained thoroughly before, during, and after the process. This has been my regular location for dental care and will continue.

I showed up for my scheduled appointment today (appointment was at 9am when they opened) tried to open the door, but it was locked. I waited for five minutes and still nothing. I called the office and let them know I'm outside waiting for them to open the door. They said that all dentists were out of office and that they have been "calling and emailing" everyone. Except I didn't receive one call or email from them saying that they were out of office or that my appointment was cancelled. In fact I received multiple text reminders to show up for my appointment today. The woman on the phone did not apologize once for the confusion and kept saying that I should have known. I told them to cancel my appointment and that I will never be coming back again. I checked my emails and call logs/voicemails after the situation and I did not receive one notification from them besides the reminders for my appointment. This is beyond unprofessional and I would not use this dentist office.

Would highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a dentist. The staff were very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable the whole visit. Dr.Gajera was very easy to talk to about my dental health and I never once felt judged.

I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Patel and the entire team at Collins St Dental. Dr. Patel is incredibly professional, caring, and truly dedicated to providing the best care possible. The staff are also very professional and welcoming. The office has a calm, warm, and friendly atmosphere, and the quality of service is always outstanding. Highly recommend!

I can not express the amazing quality of care that my Husband and I received at our first appointments today. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. The Dentist Dr. Patel was extremely passionate, kind and she explained everything to us. We have found a comfortable Dental Home in Collins Street Dental of Arlington!! Call them and you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!
