Definitely a place to take into consideration. They got its little very complete charming and highly competent with above and beyond costumer service, Pharmacy and Quest Labs. Wow service. Indeed.

Literally I would give them 0 out of 5 stars… they suck at communication. They have messed up on my medicine, my appointments and overall communication. I don’t know how many times they have messed up on my refills for my medicine. Me and 3 of my family members got recommended to go to this clinic and every single one of us has had problems with the staff or the employees. The Pharmacy has an Asian lady that is very rude and disrespectful. Honestly, one of the worst experience that I’ve ever had when it comes to straight up customer service and just dealing with a medical staff in general. They are so horrible with Communicating with you telling you the same thing and just overall not organized. The Doctors are good and that’s about it. I definitely would not recommend anyone to go here unless you like having horrible customer service.

Worst provider I ever met. Rude and inconsiderate. Only moved cmc clinic cuz needed female provider. But she was the worst. Said “I don’t have a magic wand to make ur pain go away” and “ I have other patients “ multiple times like they mattered more. It was my appt, my time, and she did not acknowledge it. Said “we go in an order of what to do and u did it so either start over or take pain meds.” How is that diagnosing someone. I said isn’t pain ur body telling u something is wrong and she got mad and said everything came back normal so take pain meds. What is the point of going to a doctor if she doesn’t know what to do but prescribe pain meds. Like I can’t buy otc ibuprofen and acetaminophen. I want to fix the problem not put it to sleep. I will never go back and I will be doing a complaint until something is done.

Shouldn’t take 20 minutes to check-in for a appointment, That’s why people don’t like coming to the doctor then another 20-30 to be called, Then wait in a room for 10-15 RESPECT PEOPLES TIME

I simply wanted a TB test for my employer . 32 days later my appointment came and ended up getting a full wellness check. The place was clean the doctor attentive. Great place if you don’t have or choosing a new Primary doctor. CMC took care of me . Thanks CMC!!!
