Dr Winter & Dominique & Laura took such wonderful care of me during initial 3 crown procedure work. They all deserve raises for their high standards of professionalism & kindness & great senses of humor! Nyomi prior to & after work done was/is consummate kindness incarnate, she deserves a raise & bonus as well.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this office. From the moment I walked through the front door until my follow-up appointment, every single person I encountered was exceptional. The front desk staff, dental assistants, and dentist were all incredibly kind, empathetic, and professional. You can truly feel that they care about their patients. I came in for an extraction carrying a lot of fear and anxiety because of a previous traumatic dental experience at a different office. The very first dental assistant who brought me back immediately recognized how nervous I was. She slowed everything down, explained each step, answered my questions, and treated me with so much patience and compassion. She made me feel safe from the moment I sat in the chair. The dentist, Dr. Karsten Winter, was just as amazing. He took the time to explain all of my treatment options honestly, answered every question I had, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. What stood out to me the most was that I never felt like I was being “sold” a treatment. I had a great experience at City View Dental for a routine cleaning. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The office is clean and well-run, and the hygienist was thorough yet gentle. I highly recommend them for quality dental care.

location is great and modernization of the facility is in the works. not too crazy about the optional fluoride rise for $25. if it WERE important, it should be included with the cleaning or not offered at all if only negligibly important. also not too crazy about scheduling staff canceling my appointment the day before if i don't respond to their calls. i am busy at work and don't always have time to talk when convenient to you

Everything about this office is great! Doctor Williams and the entire staff are very friendly and professional. They do everything possible to make you feel comfortable and at ease from the moment you enter the door . They are extremely professional and very good with insurance. All costs are always made clear. They are truly great! I simply can't say enough and I totally and completely recommend them!
