I don’t recommend this place at all, I would give it 0 stars. Front desk lady is always rude. I’ve called a few times and nothing but attitude from that lady. Go elsewhere where you’ll be able to get an appointments. You have to call certain days to schedule a same day appointment bc if you miss an appointment you can’t no longer get an appointment in advance and no where in their office or on paper does it state this. Very unprofessional I’ve never heard of this policy in any of the previous dentists I’ve been to. Which is so inconvenient. Clearly they don’t understand how to accommodate to their patients schedules. Also they will tell you a quote over the phone and a totally different quote in person.

I was a patient here about two years ago and returned because I had a bad experience at another dental office. I came in for an exam so I could have my treatment done here, even though I had already received my cleaning elsewhere. Unfortunately, the receptionist, Josephine, was rude and questioned why I was “switching back and forth” between offices. She repeatedly told me I couldn’t be seen until January 2027, despite knowing I needed treatment. After I explained that I only wanted an exam, she finally agreed, but her attitude remained unprofessional. Thankfully, Christina in the back completely turned my experience around. She was kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. She reminded me why I chose to come back to this office. Management should recognize employees like Christina and work on improving the customer service at the front desk

I couldn’t recommend this place enough, honestly I HATE dentist but the people working here are kind, caring and gentle when doing work. They world with medical patients and just make life so easy, I’ve had a hard time getting good professional work with medical but they can do it better than anyone else I’ve been to. I love this place

First time here, very welcoming, very warm & efficient! Doctor was professional & pleasant. I even got a blanket during my visit. Will be coming back, thank you City Family Dental!

Dr. Atwal and his dental clinic are some of the cleanest and most professional I’ve ever experienced. Dr. Atwal himself is an exceptional dentist who genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. He takes the time to explain every procedure in a way that’s easy to understand, making sure you feel comfortable and informed before moving forward. What really stands out about Dr. Atwal is his attention to detail and the level of care he provides. He never rushes through appointments and always makes sure everything is done properly. You can tell he truly puts his patients first and treats everyone with respect and patience. My entire family, including my kids, goes to him, and he has consistently treated all of us with the utmost care and professionalism. It’s hard to find a dentist you can fully trust, but Dr. Atwal is someone we rely on and feel confident with every visit. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients.
