Dr Zarrabi is the best pediatric dentist we have ever been to! She is so patient and kind and makes kids feel so comfortable. I took my son in after he broke both of his two front adult teeth on his scooter accident. It was such a traumatic experience for us, but she repaired both teeth and made them look better than his original teeth. Everyone at this office is so nice. Even though the office is not close to our house., it's worth the drive there. There's always parking in front and very easily acceptable.

Very honest dentist.I recommend it it's hard to find an honest dentist for children. A lot of the dentists are liars this place. They don't lie been to other dentist, taken advantage of this place does not take advantage of you.

I’m sad to put this because the dr she is always so nice and kind to my son since he was a baby, he is now 11 years old and never had issues, the front desk girls are so rude they treat you like an inconvenience, they want to charge late fees for being 1 mins late and reschedule you, with no empathy or curiosity and when I come in early they tell me I have to wait an hour because they are behind? And then when the dr has to reschedule they don’t say sorry it is what it is basically I really kept giving this a try before I gave this review but this is too many instances and these girls in the front desk are so rude and really don’t care, it’s sad to see because I always recommended this place and never went anywhere else but I think it’s time, the service just is not the same as before. I do not recommend this place at all. These girls need to be fired and replaced by more professional staff. The dr should check on that for her business

I have never experienced such awful customer service as I did at Chula Vista Smiles on 3rd Ave. You would think a dental office would prioritize professionalism and kindness, especially when dealing with families, but instead, they have the most rude, dismissive, and entitled people at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a valued patient. My son is on the spectrum, and visiting the dentist can already be a challenging experience for him. Instead of being accommodating or even just basically respectful, the front desk staff acted beyond unprofessional—rolling their eyes, giving curt responses, and making it clear they had zero patience or compassion. Any question I asked was met with attitude and annoyance, making what should have been a routine visit extremely uncomfortable. A business is only as good as its first point of contact, and Chula Vista Smiles completely fails in this regard. Their lack of respect and basic manners made it clear they don’t care about their patients, especially those who may need a little extra patience and understanding. They are always so great with my son. He's autistic and we've had issues in the past with other dentist (non pediatric). They explain to him every process to make sure he is very comfortable. So far he has enjoyed every visit. The only downside to this location though is the parking. It's on 3rd and there is only metered parking. So depending on the time of day you may find yourself parking a bit away or across the street.
