Unfortunately one more person complaining about the time wait. It’s my third time here and always 2 hours or more to take 1 Depo-provera shot. The clinic it’s empty. I arrived 3:45 pm and now 5:45pm and still here waiting for 1 shot… did everything online to come fast and always the same. I will try to change the location.

I had a great experience. Very fast, efficient, and everyone is so kind and explains my health plan(s) clearly and allow me to ask questions. I look forward to my next visit!

Oh my god this clinic is getting worse and worse. They just cancel your appointments and the next availability is three months out just like that.

Specifically for the vision department: *update: I had a second interaction with the lady and that went fine, the nurse and doctor were also great. But seriously yall need to get off your show up 15 minutes early bullshittery I was there *on time* and had to wait for the front desk woman to finish her phone conversation and her conversation with her coworker, and she decided to chide me for not being there 15 minutes early when I had already completed anything online and it took her *literally* half a second to check me in. “There is someone before you who got here on time so you might have to wait” yeah no shit I was going to have to wait anyway if there’s a person in front of me. Also, I’ve currently been waiting 25 minutes after my appointment time (at the time I’m posting this) so tell me what the point would have been of me getting here 15 minutes early when you’re not even on time??? So I can sit in the waiting room for 40 minutes?? *every other department at this location has been great

They make a lot of mistakes with paperwork and records. Very disorganized. All office staff behave as if is their first day working there. Doctors and technicians are decent but office staff bringing this place down.

Horrible customer service do not come here! I was five minutes late to my appointment and they refused to see me. Meanwhile there was no one in the waiting room absolutely ridiculous receptionist or nurse whatever had very bad nasty attitude happy I’m not going here. I’m not the one losing money 🫶🏻

I am extremely upset with this clinic. I had both of my pregnancies here. With my first baby, everything went fine and I never had any issues, so I decided to come back for my second pregnancy. But this time it has been a horrible experience. They never have appointments available, everything is completely disorganized. My doctor wants to see me on an emergency basis because I’ve had some complications with my pregnancy, yet the clinic is unable to schedule me an appointment. They claim the doctor is fully booked at both of their locations for the next three weeks. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating for a pregnant woman who urgently needs medical care.

I originally started coming to this clinic for my prenatal appointments which are upstairs on the second floor. The front desk girls were nice over all, but the staff that care for you in the back were very cold and rude. If you have any questions for them they make you feel as if you're bothering them. The sonogram technician was very polite and helpful. But the two male OB/GYN doctors I saw were awkward. I have a feeling they are new doctors that are just trying to complete their residency hours. One of the male doctors I saw there was so rude he didn't want to even hear my questions. He would roll his eyes and act like I was wasting his time. Both male doctors seem very young and inexperienced. Plus have no empathy for pregnant women. Which makes me think why they would be in this line of work with that kind of attitude. I also went down stairs for a Healthy Adult Check Up (a physical with a primary physician) and they couldn't get me an appointment until almost 2 months out. Finally the day came when I show up for my appointment and they told me my appointment was canceled because the provider was out that day due to emergency. I understand emergencies happen but they shou
