The front desk staff is off putting. They cannot contain the noise that they deliberately make towards certain people who come in with their children for care. They cannot contain their eye rolls. I wish I did not have to deal with any of them honestly. I am grateful for the doctors who have been very thorough with my son’s dental care and very patient with my family. I am thankful for this office overall. I will merely overlook the ladies at the front and pray that they find peace within themselves so that they do not feel the need to spew their negative energy toward the patients

I was incredibly surprised to see such bad reviews left as they are quite different from the experiences we've had with the staff here over the past 3 months. We came in as an emergency patient from 2 hrs away. We actually ended up at another ER in the middle of the night because there was a horrific storm with tornadoes and flooding that prevented us from reaching Children's. Dr. Kerins was on-call that night and worked tirelessly over the phone with the ER we ended up at to ensure my child's dental issues were properly addressed. We finally made it to Children's the next morning, when weather let up and my child could travel again. We were in a very painful and serious predicament that impacted both her sinuses and her mouth. The team at Children's were patient, calm, and extremely caring towards my child and with me as a very concerned mother as well. Due to the issue, we had multiple visits with the dental team at Children's in a short amount of time. Everyone was wonderful, from the front staff, to scheduling, to the dental team. Then we're passed off to the Children's ENT for surgery. During the follow up CT, it was discovered that the dental portion of the issue had flar

I won't even give them a single star because they don't deserve it. But I need to since otherwise it won't allow me to post the message . This practice, unless other Children's Health practices, is a complete DISASTER. It is HORRIBLE. I have been to this clinic for my child's visit twice in the past 12+ months and every time I stepped out with regret, terrible experience and broken feelings. It is a big mess, from the scheduling team, to the front desk(not the male rep), to the nurses(not all), to their physicians/dentists(Not all). They have a broken communication chain. This could be due to individuals ignorance, lack of training, lack of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), or anything else. Whatever the reason might be, it is severely impacting patients and families experience. For privacy purposes, I won't share my specific use case, but I can share it as an example so above description becomes clear. Imagine, someone from the clinic call you regarding your upcoming appointment, then ask you to take an action and provide you with some instructions for the requested action. Took my special needs son for an exam and for the first time he didn't need sedation. They took their time, the team was very attentive they listened to all of my concerns and it was a good experience for me and more importantly my son. Im so grateful for this place.

Phenomenal staff! Works amazing with kids. They filled my 2 year old daughters cavity and they did wonderful. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone! If you have a small child that needs dental work this is the place! Now sometimes they do have a long wait but if you call and ask about cancellations you can get in sooner.
